Savannah was doing whatever she wanted even though me and my husband repeated ourselves multiple times what we wanted on our sandwich. All employees had their AirPods in their ear and no questions was asked at all. Very disappointed in the service and the constant repeat. Savannah didn’t seem like she did not wanted to be at work tonight as well make the order correctly.

Very rude kid at checkout counter wouldn’t let me grab a water cup after I bought a sandwich. Tried to charge me money for it. Will not be returning ever. Wasn’t wearing his name tag.

I went in to get a sandwich. I haven’t ordered at subway for a very long time so I was a little confused. There was a short white old lady who was being super rude to me. I asked for a sandwich and she raised her voice at me asking which one I want and she was annoyed because I asked for a ghost pepper bread? Worst service I’ve ever had. And she coughed in her hand or something disgusting as hell. Never coming back here again. Just cuz your job is miserable don’t mean you have to take it out on me. Pathetic. But the other guy worker has a 10/10 service.

Went in to order a sandwich and wrap, I normally order this at other subways and they do my order no problem. Short lady who didn’t have a name tag rudely denied me on toasting my wrap saying she will not do it and that it’s hard to roll the wrap up if it’s toasted. I have ordered my wrap toasted plenty of times at other location and I didn’t see them having a hard time rolling it. I tried pleasing with her saying other locations do it for me with no hesitation, I don’t know why this subway is not doing it. She stuck to her guns denying me toasting the wrap. I walked out of there and went to the subway on debarr. Please don’t go here! Subway please send corporate to that location and see how she’s running things down there. This is not my first time dealing with her, she is like that every time I go there. This is why I’m writing a review as I hope something will be taken cared of with her.

$10.00 for a meatball sandwich that was dry? the bread was crappy and the sandwich barely held together. Plus the employees were Not friendly, more irritated that I stopped in there when there was no one else was there. guess I won’t stop in next time…. Won’t recommend.

Came the door about 25 minutes before closing. The worker waved me off so I went next door to the coffee shop. Came back outside and she had lit up a joint and then rolled away right at the top of the hour (store’s closing time). Thanks for nothing.

Was very sloppy with how they put the sandwich together. I mean, uneven amount of Turkey spread onto the bread. And the cheese was just thrown on. The guy just seemed bothered to be making a sandwich. And there was a girl just standing there like she didn’t know what to do. If you don’t like your jobs, just say that.
Meatballs, one of my favorites, UNTIL this order! Unpleasant mushy texture, and "nothing" flavor have removed meatball anything from my sandwich orders.

I have personally picked food up here and had them mess up the specifications for a mobile order which honestly should never be hard to do unless you can’t read the bottom of a receipt in English in all black bold letters on white paper and in the section that clearly states instructions for the sand which. It is subway you are to customize the sandwich and as far as I know you guys don’t do anything else but make the sandwich as the customer asks both in person and online even if the customer isn’t present. Only time they did notice this was when I put the order in all caps. Now when I doordash I can wait an additional 10-25 minutes due to their lack of organization they don’t put online orders in any priority and rush you out of the shop so they can continue to talk 99% of the time. This is unfair to my customer who is waiting and probably had to wait even longer for them to accept the order as well as take money out of my pockets since I can’t start a new order till this one is complete. All I can say is there are plenty other subways and I rather go to the one all the way in the actual airport WITHOUT ANY PLANS TO FLY than this one ever again nonetheless an order is an order.
While food prep was fine, the employees were using alot of foul language, barely wrapped our sandwiches, and did not ask if we wanted anything like napkins or cookies and were fairly short due to "being busy". I'm glad my kids were in car with grandma.
Closed before advertised time. Workers were still in the store. Very frustrating.
