I found the drive thru employee a rude snotty young man. He gave me the wrong sauce, no napkins and seemed bothered when I asked a question. Do better man! Don't ruin my meal because you don't want to be there...grow up! Manager be more aware of your employees service standards. YOU need to do better to!
I worked in fast food through hs and college and would never acted this was and gotten away with it, not that I would. It seems today's works less and their slightly older managers really need a bit of help from the older generations. Respect your position and perform your duties with some pride.

10/2/25 ~7 PM. Genuinely the worst crunch wrap I've had in 10 years. So burnt and the filling was mush. Barely any black beans on this black bean crunch wrap. Barely much of anything. When the delivery driver took like 6 minutes to get to our home and arrived to the restaurant early, how is it possible that the tostada shell has disintegrated by the time it was delivered? And extra great when there were smears of sauces all over the outside of the sleeve for my Doritos locos taco.
I had to throw away a large part of the crunch wrap because it was burnt so bad that it was inedible. And don't get me started on the sheer frequency in which our orders are incorrect, such as fresco items still having dairy.
1 star because does Taco Bell ever make this right? No, almost never. And I swear that the delivery orders are always worse than drive through or in store because it feels like there's even less that I can do about a botched order in that scenario. It's hard to want to keep eating Taco Bell.
It doesn't help that there's probably very little incentive for employees to care when they're making such poor wages and these massive corporations are increasingly squeezing as much as they can out of each employee and usually trying less and less to ensure the welfare of their workers.

One of only 2 in the area that have the breakfast salsa out during the day so we can easily get it. It's a salsa and sauce, and should be available all the time at all taco bells. The app still has some issues, and that hurts the stores.

My brother and I decided to stop for some crispy tacos, the girl taking our order was rude and sarcastic, when they gave us our order she made a sarcastic comment to my brother and I,we got home and the cheese was hard and stringy, and the meat had a bad taste, but the workers should have more training on how to be more friendly to the public,as I walked out one girl behind the counter displayed a middle finger,we will not go there anymore since the workers are disrespectful,

The people who work during the day shift are absolutely terrible at costumer service, and are very unkind. Especially the guy who takes the orders.
Evening/night shift has always been a pleasant experience.
