You can tell this Taco Bell has good management. The food is always well prepared and the staff are respectful.

Went with my aunt and grandma, she found a clean table right next to the door to sit down. We used the kiosk to order our food and customize the crunch wraps. By the time we filled our drinks and sat back down the food was done. Everything came out perfectly cooked and no mistakes. 10/10 for Taco bell

Terrible service at the drive-thru. The lady yelled at me like I was a trash. All I asked was when will management take care of the drive thru driveway. Terrible ice ruts. Do better on hiring. She was not professional, terrible attitude and may have been the manager. Old Filipino lady. Just after 7:30am today.

Their was a lot of watery substance poured out of my taco. It was a regular crunchy taco with no added ingredients the shell was dry on the outside to the touch and did no look wet on the outside of the shell. Looking at it closer before putting some mild sauce how I enjoy on a taco, the watery substance that ran out looked like dirty dish water I'm sure it was maybe just the beef juices then I seen the lettuce and the cheese was also coated in a clear wet substance. IDK what it was I lost my appetite and left instead of trying to make things right because I worried this could lead to me getting food poisoning. I only say that because the last time I got served watery Tacos I ate them because I didn't have time to get food elsewhere and even though then just seeing the watery tacos I lost my appetite but I still ate it was my lunch break I needed food. That was a mistake, I got sick for three days food poisoning from the watery tacos. I'm just not going back again, I just don't feel comfortable spending extra time during my visit to make things right once I've lost my appetite and now have no interest in repeating that experience again. I wish I would of taken photos but I didn't even think about that until writing this review.

To start I ordered $30 worth of burritos and received $12 worth of stackers. Then after driving 15 minutes back to the store to correct the order they give me these burnt garbage burritos that were sloppily put together.

Fast service and the breakfast menu is pretty good in the morning with no lines most of the time.

Went through the drive-through to place a large order because the main dining room doors were not open yet. Unfortunately, the drive-through is now automated and could not get my order right. I don’t like how everything is becoming automated—it does not improve efficiency or the customer experience.

I ordered chicken strips they were really dark looked overcooked and smelled burnt oil so I let them know the girl takes to them and I hear a man go they fresh so I say ok nevermind just give me the funds back so another person says it's OK it's been sitting there for a while they making you some more it will take 5 mins I would had appreciated if they would had asked me if I can wait I did ask for my money back, what was more frustrating was that I can hear them talking shit and each of them peak there head out to see who complained I wish I took a pic like all that was really un call for and childish only one person was cool and I didn't get his name but he let me into the restroom very polite thank you

I got double charged for the same order. The money was taken from my account twice. Wasn't given a refund or just to get the food I ended up paying for.
