The people who work during the day shift are absolutely terrible at costumer service, and are very unkind. Especially the guy who takes the orders.
Evening/night shift has always been a pleasant experience.

The woman working the drive-thru speaker today was incredibly sarcastic, and when we got to the window, she was rude for no reason. All because we gave her the drive-thru order number for points instead of my name to pick up an order. She gave some nasty looks. It was a simple mistake, and her attitude made the whole experience uncomfortable. I usually enjoy coming here, but this kind of treatment isn’t okay.

This is the second time I've placed an online order from this location and they shorted the amount of stuff I received. There's always an item missing and sometimes an item is completely wrong. And if you go back to say something they give you attitude. Only time o get good service is during the breakfast during weekdays and that's only because of 1 employee there. He should be promoted for his outstanding service!!!!!!!! Never ordering during dinner service ever again

I ordered online and I added extra stuff on my crunch wrap and when I got my order it was just a regular and even my other order was messed up. My boyfriend and I went back and asked for a refund cause you already wasted my time by just coming back. They said they couldn’t because it’s an online order and that we have to call corporate like what!! and it blows me that they didn’t even ask if they can remake it for us. It’s unprofessional and frustrating. Wasted my money and my time. Taco Bell please do better.

Yall how is this a $13 burrito 😭 my suggestion: when you see someone is spending $13 on a burrito, and paying extra for EXTRA ingredients, add those extra ingredients. I promise you, we don't need all that extra tortilla all folded up like that. You CAN add that extra steak they paid for.
