We ordered through the Taco Bell app. We ordered due to our car being too low to the ground to drive in the weather. The order was completely wrong, as per usual with this location. We were directed by the delivery driver to call the Taco Bell so we did. The woman was unhelpful and unfortunately extremely passive. She said there was nothing they could do and to contact door dash even though they were the third party and not the ones responsible for packing the order. This location lacks professionalism and I have never received a correct order. Waste of money :(

I ordered a Mexican pizza and it was soggy when I got it. All the workers was cussing away extremely rude and mad that they were working. 1/20/2024 they messed up on one of my ordered and was cussing away they had to remake them. When they were done remaking it they threw it across the counter towards me other customer’s was like wow are they allowed to cuss at work.

Shows online that they are open to dine in, but when we get there, a small sign says they are closed to dine in. For those of us taking ride sharing services, would be nice to know.

My husband and I got takeout and we live less than a mile from this location. Apon getting our food out at the house it was cold, the lettuce was soggy, the burritos we ordered tasted sour and had a weird smell. It is almost like they pre-prepped food but didn't keep it warm. We had 2 #7 combos a number 10 without the drink 2 extra soft tacos and a burrito supreme. All we ate was the quesadillas. We are beyond tired. We have been out in the elements since we got this heavy snowfall. We have barely slept not had time for food and we finally get a break and this is what we get...COLD SOUR TASTING WEIRD SMELLING FOOD. It was a waste of $40. Do better. You never know who you are serving and what their day has been like...
