They absolutely suck. I have gone in person and they always mess up orders. Like what the hell. I tried ordering on Uber and they gave the driver the wrong order and then I ordered on door dash and changed some things and they sent the one from Uber missing the add-ons from the door dash order. I will never visit that location again

I ordered the Meal for 4 and customized the soft tacos to add potatoes and chipotle sauce for an upcharge of $1.55 each. Once I got home, I saw that only one of the tacos was customized and my meal was missing an order of chips and nacho cheese. That means that, by my math, this location stole $7.64 from me.
Additionally, the scant amount of meat put on each item was pathetic and nothing like the pictures on the menu.
I won't allow myself to be robbed by this location again. I love Taco Bell but somehow come away disappointed. Every. Single. Time. They should be embarrassed by the price they're charging for this slop these days.

Very rude to Doordashers. Make us wait unbelievable amounts of time for orders. Forcing us to go into the lobby and helps all the drive-thur orders before Doordash orders. This location needs new management and a way better system. Doordash orders are customer orders as well. Why make any customer wait for their food when they are paying customers. Completely unfair fo Doordashers. Unprofessional and just lacks any accountability. Do better.

I've been holding out on this review because I want to give this location a second try: last week, when we were acting like starving animals, the line didn't move in 25 min! We ended up leaving the line because we *needed to eat asap*. In the past, their tacos are okay. You know what you get 99% of the time but sometimes its just too dang Luke warm/borderline cold. I hope the line/food temp improves later.

I came in instead of going thru the drive thru but apparently the staff only prepared the drive thru orders first then makes the inside customers wait. They had 6 people working and nobody seemed to care about the customers inside. Clearly not a staffing issue just a customer service issue.

3 crunchy tacos, one gordita and a medium drink was almost $19. I will not pay that much for their food again. We all know it's not worth what they're charging.
We really need to stop accepting this kind of nonsense from fast food restaurants. It's definitely not okay.
If I’m paying $33 for a party pack of supreme tacos, you’d expect them to actually fill the tacos with food. I finished it all and was still hungry. Daylight robbery. Never going back again

Super clean, peaceful, food well put up together not sloppy, everything came right, good ambience! Probably the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been in the country. Very nice! Also the decoration upfront with flowers are also a cool touch.
