Worst taco bell in anchorage. They mess up my order everytime and when I tell them about it they refuse to do anything about it.

In all my years of Taco Bell addiction across the country, this has been my favorite location (excluding the cantinas). They get my complicated orders right far more often than any other location 95% of the time at least) and they never skimp on the portions. I do wish the parking lot allowed for a real line to form, but that’s not their fault

Two rings and they answered the phone. Someone on Google said all the Taco Bell’s are temporary closed. We had to call and make sure it was wrong and I was pretty sure a fast food place would never answer a phone call but I was proved wrong.

The employee boaz Reich is the worst person ever, when I asked for more cups nicely because he slapped me and threw them in my face, after that he threw me across the room and than I wanted to get serious. We had a death battle, it went on for a while he almost killed me Two times, than I deflected his hit and there was an opening, so I took it, got a clean shot, I got him, than I tried helping him up so we could be good, he got a dirty shot in, I flew out the window, and than he took me out, I woke up with Mt family tied up and boaz with a machete, he took each of there limbs and than finished them off, I miss my family so much

Yoooo ong this Taco Bell thurl asl, me and my friend pulled thru the drive thru ordering food nd shi we get up to the window and we give them THEE picture of Stuart little. THEY TOOK TS AND UNDERSTOOD, long story short they hung it up in the office. COME TO THIS TACO BELL!!
The food is as delicious as always but the portion sizes have decreased while the prices have gone up making this not quite worth the money for a cheap, quick bite.
Great taco bell location. They pay attention to my avocado ? allergy every time! Orders always been correct and this location has a nice sit down area for people. Store always very clean too and staff are friendly.

This location has gotten my order wrong three times just this year, including TWICE giving me the meat version of a black bean item. I don't eat meat, so this is more than a little inconvenience. But I don't always deconstruct my burrito before I take a bite, so I guess it is on me for trusting them.Since the Jewel Lake Taco Bell staff have decided for me that I absolutely must have a taste, I'll also note that the ground beef they put in my vegetarian burrito is bland AF and has a mushy texture, so I wouldn't recommend it for meat eaters either.They get two stars overall instead of just one because they almost always get my husband's order right and I am feeling generous. He'll probably still order from this place, but I am done giving them chances.

I went through the drive through. I ordered and I checked the order and it was totally wrong. I went back and they says I have to pay more in order to get the correct order. I ordered a gordita crunch and it wasn't the order that I got. I would like to have this corrected please.
