I came in instead of going thru the drive thru but apparently the staff only prepared the drive thru orders first then makes the inside customers wait. They had 6 people working and nobody seemed to care about the customers inside. Clearly not a staffing issue just a customer service issue.

$7 for a cheesy gordia crunch is absolutely ridiculous. Also they item (and the other items I ordered) barely contained any meat.
3 crunchy tacos, one gordita and a medium drink was almost $19. I will not pay that much for their food again. We all know it's not worth what they're charging.
We really need to stop accepting this kind of nonsense from fast food restaurants. It's definitely not okay.

If I’m paying $33 for a party pack of supreme tacos, you’d expect them to actually fill the tacos with food. I finished it all and was still hungry. Daylight robbery. Never going back again

Super clean, peaceful, food well put up together not sloppy, everything came right, good ambience! Probably the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been in the country. Very nice! Also the decoration upfront with flowers are also a cool touch.

Slowest service ever. They will still forget your sauce after waiting forever
Went here last night, waited almost an hour for my food. When they brought me my food it was someone else’s order. I told them it was wrong and they told me it would be another 30 minutes to correct their mistake. An hour and a half is crazy for some mediocre tacos, I will never go to this location again. What an absolute nightmare.

Waiting in the drive through line for 40 minutes. This place is slower than a sit down restaurant. Each car took about 5 to 7 minutes each when they got to the window and one car was 12 minutes. No one apologized and the food was horrible. The person who took my order got it wrong several times and he asked me what I wanted 3 times. 3 time what drink I wanted, 3 times what my food was, and 3 times how many sauces I wanted. Never go here, go to the one on old seward.
