This location has gotten my order wrong three times just this year, including TWICE giving me the meat version of a black bean item. I don't eat meat, so this is more than a little inconvenience. But I don't always deconstruct my burrito before I take a bite, so I guess it is on me for trusting them.Since the Jewel Lake Taco Bell staff have decided for me that I absolutely must have a taste, I'll also note that the ground beef they put in my vegetarian burrito is bland AF and has a mushy texture, so I wouldn't recommend it for meat eaters either.They get two stars overall instead of just one because they almost always get my husband's order right and I am feeling generous. He'll probably still order from this place, but I am done giving them chances.

I went through the drive through. I ordered and I checked the order and it was totally wrong. I went back and they says I have to pay more in order to get the correct order. I ordered a gordita crunch and it wasn't the order that I got. I would like to have this corrected please.

When patience for stressed-out workers just gets you walked over and argued with, such is the experience ordering from this Taco Bell. More than half of orders placed are done incorrectly, and when we call to see about the order being wrong, there is always some excuse about the app not working properly. But when I read out the receipt, the order is fine - it was just made wrong. Made wrong several times in a row - who is in the back misreading that many times? There seems to be zero quality control on what goes out the window, and we have to open the food to check it before driving away. Is there some solution to this? Are the wrappers even used correctly anymore for labeling?

Bought the Bacon Club combo and they served mine with hard icy frozen tomatoes. I subbed the hard tacos for soft tacos and got the saddest emptiest excuses for soft tacos I ever saw. Not a great Taco Bell experience.

On three separate occasions this location has not delivered on what was ordered. 1, Mexican pizza with no beans, included beans. 2, ordered cinnamon twists, no cinnamon twists given. 3, Just outright gave us someone else's order.Buyer beware! Also it's Taco Bell, so the grab bag of what you order vs what you get can be part of your late night 5th meal experience!

For the most part, this Jewel Lake Taco Bell consistently pushes out correct orders. This Taco Bell is funny in the way that they make their own hours. I'm not sure we have another Taco Bell that closes at 8pm, but this one does. I never have to ask twice for sour cream on my Mexican pizza, here. I love that for me.
