Worst place in town , they are always understaffed , never open on time , doors locked , frozen tacos etc. Really a bad place to eat. Food is very old .

The lobby is closed 90% of the time. Everytime I stop by here and the lobby is closed, I make sure to go to another restraunt instead. Sooner or later they get off their butt's and open their inside tables or I'll stop going here altogether

Multiple times now I’ve gone to get a quick breakfast before work only to be told the food isn’t ready yet or they are not opening at the hours stated. This location is not a reliable location to get food in the morning before work.

I showed up at 11:30pm. to pick up my Door Dash order, and the guy working there just looked at me and shook his head no and walked off. We had to call the store, and they said they weren't making anything else. So they closed 1.5hrs early and was completely rude

This place sucks they are so slow and always forget HALF OF YOUR ORDER. I do not recommend this nuisance of a place

Ordered online for a 630pm pick up. Lobby was closed and then I sat in the drive thru until 7pm before my food was ready. What is the point of online ordering?

Givinng a 1 star on my food experience because i ordered about 17 items and only got 13 of the items went back in to let them know only got one of my items next so only a total of 14 items now missing 3 still this is not the first time this has happened to my husband and I now we are put of about 20 bucks due to this.

Came here on August 16th, waited in line for like almost an hour in the drive-thru at around 10-11pm. My daughter called me from home crying because she was starving. I got our food right before 11pm, thankfully. Don’t get me wrong, I love Taco Bell and I normally have good service here but tonight was something else. The wait in line felt like they only had one worker. I saw like two employees in the building and what looked like their delivery driver who pulled up as I was leaving. I asked for more mild sauce after I got my food and felt the guy taking orders gave the sauce with attitude - understandable I guess - long line of cars and just one worker to help him. Also, would be nice to have napkins in our to-go orders once in a while or something. I just wanted to share this experience, it was the longest I’ve ever waited in a “fast-food” chain line. I still like Taco Bell, but next time I think I’ll just leave the drive-thru if it looks like it’s not moving.

The manager must have slept in. People and employees waiting outside way past opening.

I recently visited Taco Bell and had an extremely disappointing experience. The food quality was subpar; my tacos were soggy and lacked the usual fresh taste. The ingredients seemed stale, and the portion sizes were noticeably smaller than usual.

Overall, this visit was a huge letdown. I won't be returning to this location anytime soon. Taco Bell seriously needs to step up its game in terms of food quality, and customer service.

Food Poisoning! Buyer beware. I grew up in this neighborhood and have tried this Taco bell over 5 times hoping they would improve. Today was my last time buying food from this place; my crunch wrap tasted like wet dog and I spit it out and threw away the entire wrap. This is after I ate my taco which didn’t taste great but was ok. I’m now sick in the bathroom. DO NOT TRUST YOUR LIFE WITH THIS Restaurant!!
