Worst taco bell in Anchorage. They don't care about you or your food. Stay away!

So as a dashers it's frustrating to be ignored by the staff. We are delivering your product to your customers. I checked in 10 minutes ago and they are just now making the order for your guests. It only affects your customers. If you you don't care about dashers then do t offer the service to your customers. I'm not new at this I have over 7200 deliveries as a dasher.

Kudos to mexican pizza preparer today first time in years have had one not swimming in sauce and was picture perfect. Delicious to taste as well as visually appealing. Thankyou Lake otis Taco Bell. Made my lunch!!!

Lobby was filled with homeless people harassing me for money or food and time. Which I can understand but the experience was horrible. Food and trash everywhere in the kitchen and lobby. Like 3 people working and 20 homeless people in the lobby. People asking me for food, time, money, use my phone, and all sorts of unwelcomed comments. Terrible experience

Arrived here on Wednesday evening to grab a quick bite. We ordered through the screen they had available and waited for our order. We didn’t receive any food for over 15 mins but others got theirs. We were wondering what happened, and checked at the counter again. For 2 mins no body responded and then the guy working there pointed at a tray with scattered food items in it, and said “that’s yours”. We checked the contents and it was. They could have called our name or put a sticker with our name to recognize it at the very least.

The crunch wrap supreme that I got was very soggy, not much beans, nachos were soaked, lettuce wasn’t fresh and the tortilla didn’t seem cooked. Poor food quality and reckless staff.

While we were there, the staff had misplaced orders of other customers too. This is a request to train the staff and provide fresh ingredients.

It was a disappointing experience compared to other Taco Bell locations.

Love the staff & the food is usually pretty good. However, the Chicken Cantina Bowl does not resemble the appetizing photo on the Taco Bell App. it was my first time trying it, so I was disappointed.

Every time I come to this place they have different rules! I always get 3 spicy potato soft tacos but grilled! Tonight I've been told they don't do it. And never have! A quick Google search will tell you they do and it's a very common order! This location is extremely lazy when it comes to orders!

So yeah, this is the worst Taco Bell in Anchorage. Just went through and had to literally throw away my entire order- the crunchy tacos were soggy and falling apart. And the food was cold.

Ive had good experiences here with the midday and morning staff, but I feel like whenever I come at night, I have a social interaction that leaves me completely baffled. Going to avoid this place after 5pm from now.

Worst place in town , they are always understaffed , never open on time , doors locked , frozen tacos etc. Really a bad place to eat. Food is very old .

The lobby is closed 90% of the time. Everytime I stop by here and the lobby is closed, I make sure to go to another restraunt instead. Sooner or later they get off their butt's and open their inside tables or I'll stop going here altogether
