Fast service and crunchy tacos- as good as you’d expect from Taco Bell: we had a good experience.

They've been getting worse and worse over time, the food is getting less per portion, I just got a watered down soda, the window register didn't know what order I got 3 times. They seemed pretty full staffed though even though I got all these dry, thin, tortillas with meat

Cleanest Taco Bell I've ever been in. A well run restaurant.

Didn't know kiosks are more of a thing now, I looked at the menu for a while and was confused about why my order wasn't taken until someone at the cash register said something. I felt silly. It's been a while since I've gone in person to a Tacobell, and any fast food restaurant really, but I appreciate how fast my order was given to me. And I got everything I asked for. Wouldn't mind showing up in person to buy food some time in the future if my finances allow it.

I've been here twice in 2 different weeks. Both online pickup orders had an incorrect item. The food was fresh, but things like filling the nacho cheese cups under 1/2 full and not enough fillings in quesadillas and burritos is ridiculous when I'm paying a premium for fast food.

This is the stupidest taco bell i have ever been to. They have allllll these people working in the back but yet none of them can work the front counter. They leave you standing there even though there is nothing blockong the view and employees are RIGHT there. They force you to use the stupid machine things which they have all over the restaurant. I dont think the employees can read. I ended up using the machine thing to make my order and they still messed it up. There's noone to help you with your order. They call out the name and walk away leaving the food there and not even verifying that anyone is coming or answering. I sat and watched some of the employees place the food on the thing without even calling out the order. Then a homeless looking man walked in and walked right back to the back into the kitchen. He looked like he came from.the mission across the street. I guess he is the owner? He looked like a drug addict. He was just back there no washing his hands or putting on a cap or shirt or nametag. I asked the manager who was in a uniform why do we have to order on these machines. He said that his staff isnt capable of working the kitchen, drive thru and front counter at the same time and they get stressed and frustrated w customers not knowing everything that is on their menu. Isnt that their job? To know what is on their restaurant menu and to work all areas and help people get fed? If they are going to have machines taking orders and still messing up then they might as well make this one completely automated. The staff seems not to give a damn or maybe this is all they know is not giving a damn. Maybe they are all illiterate? Maybe they all are hired for the tax credits? They gave me a chalupa with frozen lettuce and tomatoes in it...twice. the chalupa bread was old and hard. It was cold. And they keep the AC on so high that my food got cold so fast and it was uncomfy to stay. The seats are uncomfortable to sit in and too low to the ground.the owner guy tried to help by getting me another cold chalupa but i was so suspicious of who he was because he looked like he just got out of prison that i dont even care what he was doing. He could have at least introduced himself as we dont know who he is touching peoples hands off the street and looking homeless. This isnt worth the $13 i paid. I walked all the way here Just for this. They should get rid of the workers and automate the whole kitchen. How do you not feel the ice cold lettuce and tomatoes when you reach in the bin to green it make the food? Just useless. Myself and everyone I know that has worked fast food has had to work with customers and work the entire kitchen drive thru and front all during a shift and clean the lobby and the bathrooms all during the same shifts. I dont know what kind of place this is where employees show up and have a computer doing their job but still mess up and still don't care and still feel nothing about their jobs and serve people cold chalupas and cold nacho fries. And that machine thing doesnt let you get a cup of water and noone will come to the counter to help you.i wont be back. I would rather starve. All of the food was cold which makes no sense as all of these people are there working. I have seen oeople with smaller staff do a better job. I should have known--You dont smell anything cooking and microwaving..its not like its hard to make these things and for them to have the computers and no real kitchen and STILL put cold food on the tray...it makes me so angry. Its fake food and they cant even do that.

A lot better than McDonald's and Wendy's. Sad that they don't do sausage crumbles anymore

This dude asked our order five times I had to correct it several times because he kept getting it wrong on the screen I stayed patient but when I pulled up to the window they handed us our food and literally forgot part of the order THAT I ASKED FOR A MILLION TIMES. Then we asked for our missing item and they had the nerve to ask if we wanted to add it to our order and had to show the receipt they gave us our missing item all spilled in the bottom of the separate bag. So annoying. I’m usually hella patient with this type of thing but it overall just seemed like weaponized incompetence and maybe he made one too many trips next door to the dispo.

Needs sound fence when ordering at drive through, other than that they rarely mess up so that's the biggest plus!
