The air conditioning was on inside so it was below comfortable temperature while eating my food sitting inside the establishment.

I would put zero if it was an option. Not sure if it was just a bad day today but my food could have been made better with care. Ordered multiple things but my two orders of nacho fries were not cooked all the way and some were not even cooked. The chicken grilled cheese burrito was burnt and did not have the right fillings. I can tell someone did not handle order with care and was poorly made. It was my first time not enjoying this location. Every other time was up to standard.

I hadn't been to a Taco Bell in years; not since I was a loyal fan while still working. Being retired now, while running errands and in need of some food to adjust my low blood sugar, I stopped in this location. I was the only one there. The most recent remodel is very sterile and not at all inviting. A group of hired kids were just standing around behind the counter talking. I spent 15 dollars on probably the worst food I have ever had in my life. Quesadillas are not supposed to be over the top soggy. So-called ground beef is not supposed to be over the top greasy. The only good thing about my meal was the Diet Pepsi. When I left, I was still hungry and my stomach hurt. I will never, and I mean never, come back to this place again. It was downright awful.

I forgot my wallet and the counter person helped me to use my phone to pay. Food was excellent compared to normal Taco Bell, restaurant was clean.
Got half my order wrong. 20 min away when I found out. They told me to bring it back cause it’s policy from them saying bring the food back tomorrow to ask of sudden no bring it back tonight My gas my time wrong food. 2 different answers to not even get a correction

They've been getting worse and worse over time, the food is getting less per portion, I just got a watered down soda, the window register didn't know what order I got 3 times. They seemed pretty full staffed though even though I got all these dry, thin, tortillas with meat
