Terrible experience, some of items were missing and was not given a refund,My family got food poisoning and even with a dr note they still couldn’t do anything. They couldn’t even give me my receipt!!!!!!! I will never eat here or at any other tacobell from the poor customer service/ lack of concern about food safety. Way to run a business tacobell ?

They can’t really get the hang of simple things like light sauce or when you say just meat and cheese and I mean I get it some things happen but not multiple times and when they aren’t even that busy in the first place like 2-3 customers at the time it’s just lazy

I don't do normally do these review things, but this place always gets my order wrong. And or there is never any meat in the food you order. It's honestly a waste of money. The reason I have gave it so many chances is because I work late hours and it's the only thing that's open by the time I get off of work. I guess it's gas station food for me from now on.
Horribly long line moving at maybe 4mins per order... this is not Fast Food... this is laziness at its finest... Over 30mins in line which at one point did not move for 10mins... Making Tacos is not that hard...

Quality is not something these employees have been taught, and clearly is not wholly enforced among management. Order/Item Accuracy (when making the actual food item, or bagging) is an issue. Attitudes are another, the other night the girl at the window was more content frowning and not speaking at all. Honestly, my wife and I are done with the Alaska Taco Bells.

No dine in option, no business from me.Not having the dining room open because of Taco Bells' uncompetitive labor practices means that those who can not drive will not be served.This is those who do not own a car due to financial reasons.This is those who cannot drive due to a disability.Even if neither of these apply, this location is located near a youth serving community center, homes, as well as an auto mechanic. People want to come inside to eat.

The person who took my order sounded like a teenage white boy was talking to me like he didn’t wanna take my order and I felt rushed and the Polynesian lady that works at the drive thru window needs help cause you can’t work at a fast food establishment and be having attitude for no reason when all I did was ask for extra hot sauce they had no Customer Service and the food they gave me looked like they played catch with my tacos idk who the manager is but he needs to get on it cause that wasn’t acceptable even the guy in the first window that worked at Taco Bell apologized for his staff being rude and lack of courtesy to the customers. Not my fault y’all make below minimum wage and hate your lives
