I am missing items, and I received 3 soggy tacos. Like the package was soaking wet. I ordered 2 nachos and cheese and received 4 fries and they were stale and gross. The cheesy roll up was also soggy and stuck the the packaging. I will not be coming back to this location as this is not the 1st time but the 4th time they have messed up badly.

Why did I just get stuck in a Taco Bell drive through for an hour? Average wait per vehicle was well over 5 minutes each, with drive through attendants using their phones, too. That's terrible management.

Employees act like they don’t want to do the basic tasks they were hired to do. Guy scoffed into the mic after he assumed my order was finished.

DO NOT DINE IN!!! If you want food in less than 30 minutes, drive through. The basically prioritize drive through orders and don't have the manning to support inside and out. Nor do they have the man power to keep the interior clean. The only plus side is this is probably the best taco bell food I've tasted. Though recently that too has been lacking. Non-fresh and cold food has been happening recently, may stop going if it persists

This is the 2nd time I ordered the chezit crunchwrap and both times there wasn't no chezit cracker in it.

Waited 40 mins for nothing, employees suck, they were sitting around doing nothing, they took my order, 20 mins later I said I needed to get my food because I had to get back to work in 20 mins. one of your employees told me to wait patiently. 20 mins after that I had to leave, paid 11 dollars and wasted 40 minutes of my life.

Went to order and the lobby was closed which is fine I get it they are short staffed. I asked if I could place a Togo order through the front since I was in a commercial vehicle and couldn’t fit through the drive through and figured they wouldn’t let me order through there anyway the guy in the front interrupted me every time I tried to explain why I couldn’t go through the drive through and just walked away. He was a rude older guy with dark hair. If he was unable to help that’s fine but interrupting me and being rude about it was not the way.

Saw employment grabbing each other. They NEVER get my order right or don't add stuff to it. Lazy service. Have to ask multiple times to put tomatoes on my Supreme tacos. Never add extra beef when I ask.

First off they completely screwed up order. Left out a chalupa, food was cold and they didn't pay attention to add ons for ingredients and thats not even counting the sheer lack of expected ingredients (see photo of a "crunch wrap supreme"). When called they expressed that we could come in anytime to get a order remade for free. But I question if I ever will after this.
