Not very busy for this place. Orders were taking, food left under the warmers. Then bagged and not set under warmers. So our food got cold. Speaking of cold when they finally got to giving my food that had been getting cold for 5-10 minutes conservatively. They had not started on my ice cream order and I had to wait even longer for my shake and two Sundays to be made. They should have been made and set on the frozen holding frig as my food was ready and the girls were not taking any more orders at the time.

There was a gal & guy we (4) of my family members tried to be patient & make our orders the gal was so unprofessional & mean,the guy tried to help her.maybe she upset him idk he went in the back & we continue to order,my daughter ordered a banana split & there was only a 4th of a banana (split into 4 pieces & she only had 1. She said it was good,I mean of course with all the ingredients for banana split is delicious ? lol maybe they were tired idk ?sorry we went in happy after a great meal than went out dissatisfied. Maybe next time we'll be treated better. We went there before it was great? taikuu

Our first time everything was super delicious prices were really good!!! Super friendly this place reminds me of old school burger joints that I long for! Next time we're in the neighborhood we will swing in for a burger for sure and corn ? fritters..Parking: Right off the main road.. easy in and out!!!

Ordered my regular spinach salad which is my favorite here.. but tonight I decided to order the super nachos and I have to say I was so very disappointed… I received a pile of chips with very little dried up taco meat and a tiny bit of cheese sauce and very little sour cream… not enough toppings for a quarter of the nachos…

Tastee Freez is always a good stop when you're close to the airport or coming back from Kincaid. It seems like it's not quite as much of a well-oiled machine since being sold by the previous owner, but it's still a staple in the fast, informal, kid-friendly category in Anchorage.
Loved the bacon cheeseburger and onion rings. I went to lunch there with my family and everyone was happy with their meals. I will be back to eat here again!!
I get delivery from here occasionally and they've always had my order right. Made my day with the cute little drawing on my sandwich wrap.

Their food is so so so good. Hits the spot every single time, especially the shakes but I swear the staff gets dumber and dumber each time I go in. I mean these girls aren’t even trying, I don’t know what is going on but that staff is a MESS. Wrong orders, yelling at one another, overall vibe not good. It could be so good. Maybe just clean house, and start all over (but the cooks are ?)

I'm so happy there are non-dairy options available! After years of being jealous after Tuesday Night Races that I couldn't partake of the reward, I can now count on this location for a sweet frozen treat. I also really appreciate the owner, who went out of his way to help me figure out how best to safely leave the icy hill and head towards home. So kind and generous!
