Tent City Taphouse Reviews
On our visit to Anchorage, we stumbled onto this small restaurant. Boy am I glad we did. The food is amazing. So good, that we went back again the next night, and it would had been a 3d, but we got back to town too late on Sunday.
It's worth saying again, Tent City Taphouse is amazing, with amazingly dishes!!! Thank you Svet, you were the best host of all the 6 restaurants we visited.
We'll be back!!!
We’ve always had a good experience at tap city except tonight. We ordered door dash for my mother in law. She had been looking forward to the pork belly bite her entire visit. When we got the food, there were only 8 pieces in the box. Definitely not worth $16+. The duck fries are amazing but zero stars for the price of this tiny portion size of the pork belly bites.
Yummy👏 tasty and delicious. I highly recommend

Tent City Taphouse is a popular spot in Anchorage for food and drinks, offering a variety of gluten-free options such as halibut, wings with blueberry bbq sauce, and duck fat fries, all prepared with a dedicated fryer. Many customers appreciate how well dietary restrictions, especially gluten-free needs, are accommodated, making it easy to enjoy tasty food. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about dietary needs. The restaurant features a great beer selection with guest taps to fit various flavors, although ordering requires downloading an app. Some reviews mention that service can be slow at times, but overall, the experience remains enjoyable. The decor reflects pure wilderness Alaska, which enhances the dining atmosphere. Visitors have praised the fish and chips, chowder, and duck fat truffle fries, noting the excellent quality of the food. The local brews and ciders are all Alaskan, and gluten-free desserts are available and very good. Reservations are recommended because the space is small. Despite some issues with delivery, many find Tent City Taphouse a favorite place to dine in Anchorage, especially for its welcoming environment and tasty offerings.
