Went here at 3 pm on a weekday so it wasn't busy. Tried the king crab legs, burger, sirloin sandwich, and key lime cheesecake. Everything was delicious!! Great, complex flavors. Juicy meat in all the entrees. Only parking I found was a pay to park lot nearby.
Upscale, Mexican restaurant in downtown Anchorage. Great atmosphere and decorations. The only suggestion I really have is to reupholster the couches in the front because they are stained. Excellent service and decent variety of choices without being overwhelming like many Mexican restaurants. The duck confit is there diner drive-through and dive recommendation. My wife had a chicken tortilla soup, which was awesome and I normally do not like chicken tortilla soup.

Seriously, why are you hesitating? This place is phenomenal. The craft cocktail list is fabulous and the drinks are strong and delish. The carnitas tacos are piled with mounds of super flavorful and moist meat topped with pickled onions that make a perfect pairing. We also loved the local oysters. The decor is a tasteful eclectic mix that matches the vibe they create with the music. Run, don't walk to Tequila 61!
