I asked for a double shot of Patron and a small Sprite, thinking I'd get an actual double, not a single and my Sprite came in the same size glass, no ice, none. It was I'm guessing a backer. Prior to this she brought me a double shot of Patron in my Sprite. So yeah off to good start. Dinner companion ordered a Patron Margarita with an extra shot, normal shit on the rim. The Margarita was great but there was black salt on the rim. Potatoes with meal looked slopped into bowl, gravy poured on and nuked, steak was little overcooked for my taste, I ordered medium. Ordered additional Sprite since 1st was so small. Just disappointed 100 bucks later. Smh

We went for dinner because we had a gift card. I ordered the road kill entree, which was supposed to have a base of chopped steak. I was served a hamburger patty with onions and mushrooms. We also ordered four long islands ($5 per the menu). When we got the menu they rang up at $8 a piece. We asked our server and she told us she didn’t ask because that’s what she always does. The manager offered to take our existing drinks and remake them, which happened after our meals were gone. It would have been much easier and faster to adjust the I’ll to what we ordered - $5 long islands. Will not return.

Tonight's dinner was disappointing. Ordered the 14 ounce ribeye steak medium. Steak was mediocre at best, was barely on the warm side, mashed potatoes were not warm enough to melt the butter. My green beans could actually pass for being warm. We also just about needed to wear our coats to eat dinner. Little more heat in the building would have been nice. Our server Rosa was nice and friendly.

We arrived at opening, which for this particular day was 4pm. We had already decided we wouldn’t get bread, but after becoming acquainted with our awesome server Jo, Sean ( the manager for the night) walked over and happily offered us a fresh hot basket. We declined.
We skipped the appetizers and got straight to the good stuff. We ordered a full rack of ribs (which comes with 2 sides) and a medium well cooked pattie for our cheeseburger. While we waited for our food to arrive, Jo made sure to come by and ask if we had everything we needed.
Jeremy (Jo’s co-worker) another awesome guy brought us our food in little to no time. It was fresh and hot! Sean stopped by to see us again. He wanted to know if we were enjoying our meals. We were.
From the time we entered to the time we sat down and finally as we left, everyone was so nice. Stellar customer service. Alaska Burger and Brew should take serious notes!

Ordered catfish with side of baked potato with fixings on the side and a Caesar salad to go. Only fixing potato had was bacon bits in a ramekin and there was no Caesar salad. No offer of bread whole time. Usually I have a good experience but Wednesday’s crew was lacking

Went here for dinner , it was cold outside I ordered a coffee to warm up and it was bone cold! The start of a very bad dinner experience. We ordered Prime rib and the 20oz bone in Rib Steak . There again the prime rib was cold , the 20oz stk was warm , both our potatoes were cold the butter didn’t melt what so ever. I never send food back to be fixed as you never know what is really done to it. So I will not return ever. Worst steak dinner and we were excited about it .. I wouldn’t spend another dollar there. I still gave my waitress a 20% tip. Management needs to heat the building and do better!!
2nd time trying Texas roadhouse and found a staple in the bread. Not mad just please be careful. Food is delicious still

My Grandson and I got Prime rib and it was way too chewy!! I have eaten lots of Prime Rib and never ever had it so Chewy!! I've had it at this location awhile ago and it was not like this!! Not sure if you changed the distributor or a cheaper cut for a Prime cut this was terrible!! I will not eat there again if it's gonna be so chewy bad!! It was my #1 steak house!! ?
