We love eating here! This recent visit included the hoopla for a 10 year old female seated near us. We loved the server and the food was delicious. We took the leftovers home for a meal the next day. Ribs, steakhouse salad and rolls.

We came here on 1/31 for a birthday and it was a big disappointment. We’ve been coming here for over 10 years and this was the worst experience we’ve ever had. We got seated at 6:45pm and didn’t get our main meal until 8:15pm. When we got our food all of our steaks were overcooked. One of us ordered medium rare and it came out almost well done (pictured below). They offered to recook it, but by that point we’d been here for over 1.5 hours. Another person in our party ordered a chicken dish. By the time we got our food her dish was completely room temperature and it was the wrong food!
Our waiter rarely checked on us and it took him over 45 minutes to bring us our water. We got our drinks from the bar before we got our silverware and water.
We used to come here twice a month, and now we don’t even want to come back.

Really nice service and always busy in here so I would said nice atmosphere. Food doesn’t have too much flavor unless you add some sauces but portions are Texan-sized as expected

Went to pick up order, they changed from car side drop off to you getting a text and having to come in and get your own food. Then you see the absolute chaos of the orders being filled, people walking in off the street to make to go orders. Personal I think they should talk to one of the three greating people. But that is just me.... Then they didn't have my order completed and I had to wait for something else to cook. All the while my cooked food was getting cold. No food warmers next to the door with people walking by, causing drafts.... Everyone likes cold food don't they.... Oh wait....

All star Texas Roadhouse location that I had the pleasure of bringing my friend to who never experienced this restaurant before! The steak was cooked to perfection and the sides of mashed potatoes and steak fries were really good! We also got the grilled shrimp appetizer which was delicious! The chicken and mushroom sandwich was also good! You can never go wrong with the bread and cinnamon butter too which is complementary! Our server was also very friendly. Definitely would visit again!
