We were waited on by a server named krystaleigh and it was genuinely the most bizarre service experience I’ve ever had.
5/6 of our table was sat and ready to order but sat for 15-20 minutes with no waters brought to us and no drinks ordered. Krystaleigh, our server, approaches and asks when our 6th guest is going to be here. We said she was about 10 minutes out. The server told us if our friend wasn’t here in 5 minutes we would be unseated and asked to go back to the waiting area….. we were ready to order drinks, food, etc, and again had not even been given water yet. We called our friend to get her order, and had to flag down Krystaleigh to tell her we were ready. She then said we would have to wait for her to go great a separate table, even though ours had not been great after 20 minutes. She returned another 10 minutes later to take our order, and proceeded to give us very regimented instructions about how our orders would be taken, and we were each asked 3-6 questions per entree at a rapid pace that was hard to hear.
The rest of the meal was odd from there.
Towards the end I asked if I could add a Cactus Blossom to-go, and she looked at me as if I had slapped her in the face. Anyways. Very bizarre service. I’ve never experienced something like that at a restaurant before, and I’ve never been told that we may have to be unseated even though we were ready to order. At least the runners who brought out our food were polite.

Best steak in my 65 years! I ate 5 of those delicious freshly made bread rolls with cinnamon honey butter, fresh tasty salad and fries. I could only eat half of the super tender, melt in your mouth 16oz. steak, but had to stop prior to over eating because it was so good (which I’ve never done in the past)!

Come here all the time with the husband and he always gets the filet medallions. Today he said they tasted a little different, ironically 2 minutes later the manager (Gregory) happened to be coming around and asked how everything was so my husband was honest about it and said that today they taste off and with 0 hesitation he said let me take care of that for you. My husband begged and pleaded with him that it was okay and that he was going to eat it anyways but the manager was persistent and fixed the problem. This blew my husband away he/we think that was very outstanding customer service

Several times over a month, I visited food was always cold.And there was only one good bartender. Bixby set a regular table , but it looked like the rest of the servers were hustling.
Good place to eat, but often the kitchen doesn't seem to be able to time all parts of a meal properly. Ate there tonight; the fries were hot, the steak was warm and the prawns were lukewarm.
It's why I prefer Chilis these days; their food always turns up hot. Food quality is much of a muchness, service the same, so it comes down to details and properly hot food should be a given.

The atmosphere was great. The wait was about 10 minutes. The food was presented well and the temperature was great, but my steak was ordered medium, but appeared to be medium well. The flavors also were somewhat bland and nothing spectacular.

Let me first start off by saying our server was Awesome !! However, I did not have a pleasant experience with my meal. I ordered the catfish had a good flavor but was too thin for me so it was a little hard. But the tartar sauce was the main issue. After all my years of eating at Texas Roadhouse where I live, I’ve never tasted nor had to choose the type of tartar sauce I wanted. It was way too tangy and tasted like horseradish. It was awful and so were the other kinds she gave us. It is not hard to prepare tartar sauce just mayo as the base, pickle relish or dill pickles, lemon juice and a few more ingredients just that simple.

Service has plummeted HARD since I’ve been going here for the last 3 years. The last 2 times I’ve been, we waited for 2 steaks for over an hour. Absolutely ridiculous. The food is still good but geez the service sucks.
