If I could give this restaurant negative stars I would. First off the menu was off by stating certain items came with the meal. Secondly they tried to charge me for all of these up charges. Then when I called a manager over to do his job he apologized and said they we’re closing the TGIF at that location and opening Bear’s Paw. Instead of simply comping those items, because the menu was wrong, and ruining my Christmas dinner with my family! I will never eat there or Bear’s Paw! More to come because, I will also be making more comments to the BBB.

Langostino lobster is not a lobster at all but more closely related to a hermit crab. It tasted like a hermit crab, too. The staff was wonderfully accommodating, though.

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a cup of onion soup. First chicken breast with fat in 3 bites. Not good! Soup was like warm tonight. Getting a check at the bar was not easy. Waitresses were more engaged with their cleaning chores. Try a different place for a late dinner!!

The food was decent once it finally showed up. We showed up and were seated in Katya's section. We ordered 3 entrees with salads and 2 kids meals. The table next to us seated after we ordered our food and they got their appetizers and their food before we even got our salads. It was well over an hour from when we walked in before we got our food after the waitress went to go look and see what happened. The manager was expediting the food and I mentioned that this was the longest time we've waited for food and that it had been an hour and mentioned the table next to us. His answer was that they had a big group. I said but we ordered before them so he said he would go look at the tickets. He never came back to say anything. Trying to get our drinks refilled was about impossible. Finally when our bill came she said they took a little off our bill (looked to be 10%). Imo if you go look into something (why our food is taking so long or what happened to the ticket), a response would be nice and not being left there to sit and wonder what happened to it. Follow through. I can definitely say that we won't remember the whole 10% that we were discounted but we will remember the crappy service we got.

Came in with a coupon. Same one I used last week. Now they dont accept them. Say there are signs posted in the entrance. The entrance is under construction and you cant get in to see the posting! Still, no coupon for you! Manager was rude too. Feel free to use it if you can.

Extremely unsatisfied with our visit this evening. Drove 25 minutes to dine here because we usually have a good experience and I had just got off from working a double. Needless to say we were starving. I asked the host for menus so we could be figuring out what we wanted. She replied with the server brings you menus and I said actually I am starving and I don't want to wait bc I know it takes time over here to even be greeted. She preceded to give us menus. We sat down and Brittany greeted us in a decent timely manner. She asked if we wanted drinks I said we would like to order the potstickers for an app and I would like a coke and water. She brought our drinks we said we were ready to order she dropped some checks and came back and took our order. After about 25-30 minutes our food hit the table. We never received our app. I didn't get blue cheese with my wings which were cold as well as my fried. We didn't have silverware and had to get up and get some from the bartender. My husband got up to ask the GM for blue cheese and when he came with it I told him I needed a box because my wings were now ice cold. He offered to re hear them but at this point I was upset and over it. He didn't apologize and we didn't see our server until the manager told her we were done. Probably won't be back after this especially since I was charged a full price for food that wasn't edible. Extremely disappointed in the service and the management and how they handled the situation. In every restaurant I've worked in you at the bare minimum get an apology. Not impressed.

Tonight was my first night at TGIF. Typically I don't go for chains but I was told by friends I had to check this spot out. I walked in we are greeted right away by a very friendly hostess. We were seated in Alyshas section and told the soup of the day was lobster chowder. Let me tell you something....Alysha was hands down the best server I have ever experienced in a restaurant in my life. Kind. Smart. Insightful. And most of all intelligent. She recommended a meal that felt like it was straight from my grandmothers recipe book, delicious and filling. She made me and my partner Patricia have many great laughs which is rare for us these days after our dog died.....If you go to Friday's, ask for Alysha. She's good for the mind, body, and soul. Thanks Alysha.

Service was good. Food was just okay. Husband ordered his steak medium rare, it came well done, when he told the manager, she didn't seem to care which was unfortunate. Drinks were good, alcoholic of course.

If I can rate a negative star I would. My server had the worst attitude. She rushed our order , mixed our order and messed up our order . She didn't offer us any appetizers , she didn't ask if we wanted any refills till we were ready to pay. She also had a different server rush us to pay out already , really ? I'll be calling in the morning to talk with a manager . Btw, they stole .22 cents as a tip. NEVER I had I ever had a bad experience with TGIF ! Its my happy place with my family on a rough day .

Awesome experience. Excellent service and great food. Traveling from Texas and glad we found TGIF close to our hotel. Highly recommend for great service and food!!!

When the server asked “How was your meal?” I had to answer honestly. The chicken sandwich was rubber and the assembly was a joke. The entire sandwich fell apart. The fries were grossly over salted on both our dishes. She sent the manager over and he said he would take care of “it”. We were not looking for a free meal but apparently his offer to take care of “it” meant doing absolutely nothing because the check came at full amount and the server said the manager said to send us the full bill.
