I ordered the Tom Yum, lemon grass soup with protein choice, chicken. The chicken tasted old and it was dry.

I have no idea if it is even open any more. Oddly enough, I took my friends to this half abandoned mall to eat at Thai Garden and it was not even open. There was no notice of being gone for the day; it just looked like another failed business.

I should have checked the reviews prior to ordering. I ordered fresh spring rolls. They came with a dark colored dipping sauce. The soring rolls had a gummy texture and a bitter flavor. The sauce was overwhelming harshly bitter. I am one that’s not sensitive to bitter flavors and have a fairly high tolerance. I immediately spit this out. It was one of three times ever I was concerned food contained something unsafe like a chemical.

Customer service is awful and so is the food the worker was disrespectful and had walked away while I was ordering. Then when my food was brought out she did not signal or say but instead left it on the countertop upsidedown. If I could give no stars I would.

I paid more than I was charged. I did not leave a tip and I was charged 20% extra

The food here is overpriced and tasteless. The worst pad Thai I have ever. If you have other options (not Chopsticks
), don’t eat here.

I purchased a Thai tea on 10/22. Paid with a $20 bill, employee save me change for a $10 bill and denied that I paid her with a $20 bill. She refused to count the register to rectify the situation. I received that cash from an ATM and had all $20s didn’t even have a $10 bill in my wallet at the time of my purchase plus I looked at the bill before giving it to her. BE VERY CAREFUL if paying with cash. It was this afternoon and I’m still disappointed

It's literally the worst soup I have ever had. The lady in the counter did not even acknowledge concerns. It was tasteless and just had one piece of beef for the entire soup.

Ordered fresh spring rolls and cashew chicken. Chicken had very little spice and contained 0 cashews. The price was over $20. Extraordinary bland. Avoid.

Best Thai food in Alaska!

Scott Larson

This place is a true gem. I would call it one of Alaska’s finest restaurants - hands down. I used to order from them years ago, and I ordered from them last night for the first time in well over a decade. It’s just as amazing as I remember the last time. I recently went to Thailand and tried the real deal at multiple establishments in Bangkok and Pattaya. This place is comparable to the best Thai food I had the whole time in Thailand. I would recommend it to anyone. What I ordered… Halibut curry… phenomenal… 10/10 Shrimp fried rice… superb… 10/10

I ordered a shrimp Tom Yum to go and a bottle of water, she charged me 21.99$ which is supposed to be 10.99 for the soup. When I got back to my office and open my food, it was not shrimp but chicken. The soup is very sour and overwhelmingly just tamarind base. I got about 5 thin chicken meat and 4 1/4 of mushrooms which is basically 1 mushroom that was cut into 4 pieces. The food used to be good pre covid but has gone down hill after. Almost as if they don't even try anymore. A few months ago I had pad thai and that was the worst pad thai ever. I thought I'll give them another try today but I won't be going back.
