Take out only - this family run restaurant is the best Thai place around! I miss the restaurants ambiance but I am SO glad they are still making authentic Thai food for take out.

Thai kitchen used to be the standard in which I measured every other Thai food restaurant in town. However, I have not been there since Covid. Very, very, very disappointed. Both our meals ended up in the garbage. The fried spring rolls were dripping in grease that clearly was old, the drunken noodles with chicken that we ordered, had very little chicken, and the chicken was tough. Additionally, the restaurant itself looked like it It was on the verge of closing for good. Not one person was there. This wonderful, busy little restaurant is a shell of its former self and I doubt I will ever order from there again

We’re from WA state and had Thai Kitchen last weekend, the day before we came back home and really wished we’d come in sooner so we could have it multiple times. It’s THAT good! We ordered the halibut curry, Bangkok noodles, cashew chicken and stir fried veggies. Everything was phenomenal. The veggies were so fresh and crisp and everything was perfectly seasoned. The staff was so kind, our food took a little longer than they had told us so they offered to bring it out to our car which was not necessary but so thoughtful. Can’t wait to go back to Anchorage, this place will be our first meal for sure!

It's gonna be a no for me. I should have just went with the shrimp instead of chicken. It was rubbery and dry and hard to chew. Rice was mid. Noodles were fine.

This used to be my go to lunch spot but I'm guess since Covid they now only do to go orders and no lunch combos like before. I ordered the garlic chicken recently and the amount of food was good but chicken had a rubber texture to it that I didn't like.

we ordered to go. told time to arrive, we did, it was ready, got Popeye chicken, spring rolls, egg plant special, dim sum, and well packed up, and easy to eat at home. friendly staff, been there 37 years, mom cooks, kids help w orders, they have yogurt there next door too.

used to come here all the time while at uaa, and had wonderful experiences, great food and great prices. came back after a couple years and went there, got takeout since they only do takeout now still. place looks kind of torn up inside but i figured the food would bring back good memories. i ordered pad thai, a classic, and it tasted nothing like pad thai. frankly, it didn't taste like anything edible at all. something was definitely wrong with the dish. maybe bad cooking oil or something, but i had to spit it out and just lost my appetite for the rest of the night. the other odd thing was they included a scoop of rice with the dish, which is odd. leaving this review until i get shown it was a mistake/ fluke.

Over the years, Thai Kitchen was good. Up until they only do take out. We noticed that the food wasn't as great anymore. I am thinking they changed the cook and it wasn't as superb. We orderes yellow curry and it was just too soupy and just less veges or meat. Then we said, well we will not order anymore. Bu then again after that experience we forgot about that we ordered yesterday. Ordered basil stir fry which was a disappoinment coz it was too much onion and maybe only 6 leaves of basil and again its soupy. Ordered spicy fried rice, the rice wasnt fried. It was just a steam rice and they topped it a stew(y) topping. Thai Kitchen lost its ability to serve good food now. I have always been a fan but its time to look for new thai food around town.

Got dropped off in an Uber bcuz website says open for dine in - got there and it’s take out only. Had no where to go to eat it so we didn’t order. Please update your website so people don’t get stranded like we did

We ordered Shrimp Fried Rice and egg rolls and both were so good! Compliments from me and my babies.

Sweet and sour chicken was very good, chicken satay very good and fresh rolls were good. The thai tea was fantastic. On the whole everything was good, however it was fairly pricey for take out. Not sure how the service aside from take out is, since this restaurant has still not opened for indoor seating since shutting down for covid. I will be unlikely to order again since I prefer to eat the food inside the restaurant.

Used to be the best in town. They've gone down hill since the pandemic. :(
