After the new owners took over, I expected a few hiccups, and it seems they are starting to iron out some of those wrinkles. Their beverages are good and consistent, but their hot food, especially when ordered via delivery, is disappointing. The quality feels like convenience store food that’s been reheated, and by the time it arrives, it’s often hard and barely edible.
Additionally, they recently introduced new lids, which have become a major frustration. Instead of labeling the drink type, they write the customer’s name on the lid, causing confusion when picking up multiple drinks. The marker they use—possibly crayon or nail polish—smudges easily, leaving residue on your hands or even your nose while drinking. It also has a strong, unpleasant smell that detracts from the overall experience.
That said, this is still the place we usually order from because, compared to any other coffee shop in Midtown, they remain the best choice.

I was a little disappointed in the frappe. No syrup or anything. I seen pics online and just had to go.... I mean the coffee tasted alright... maybe I'll try it again and ask them to add syrup to my mocha frap?

I will never order from this coffee shop ever again because I have ordered twice from them and both times my order never showed up with my full order I've always had to put in for a refund that I never got back either

The picture compared to what I ordered was disappointing. Other then over salted it was flavorless even when adding the purchased runny picante sauce and sour cream.

Going to the Sippin' Yeti was a major highlight during a trip with my family in Anchorage. The servers were so wholesome and genuine. They were so patient with our large and boisterous bunch. The drinks were amazing as well! I had their spiced chai latte, which was delightful, and the availability to add a shot of espresso- ? ? .I definitely recommend!

I'm standing here in the rain waiting to order, the barista to busy on her phone...oh wait she just got up...nope right to the back. Complete JUNK service, sadly this was my second attempt at coming here.In regards to the owner response, there was NO ONE else present aside me standing at the window and the barista on her phone. You can just openly admit you DISCRIMINATE against walkers...this would be the second time. Not all of us that walk live on the street.

This has become my favorite coffee place!! The girls always leave me sweet notes on my redbull italian sodas and I love just the simple notes. It starts my day off with a smile!

Popped in because the sign caught my attention. I don’t typically go to any other coffee place except my usuals but I decided to give this place a shot. My latte was great! Hot, perfect amount of syrup, and the girl working was a doll. Will be back when I come into anchorage. ☺️

I love the Yeti!! I mainly get their redbulls and they have the best flavors to choose from! The baristas are so so nice! I am so glad I found The Sippin Yeti!!!
