My husband and I went to the Dimond location today and were not impressed.
The staff didn't follow our request for no Cajon Seasoning. If we had stayed to eat inside, we would have seen that they didn't follow our request. It is on the ticket so we know that the woman taking the order did hear us. It wasn't busy and there were no people behind us.
We didn't check our order to see if it was correct since it was already bagged and tied up.
If you do get a meal from there, check it before you leave to make sure your order is correct.☹️☹️
I am not sure that we will go back.

They served me a burger once and it literally had the chefs dreadlocks in it. 🤢 Didn’t apologize, just gave my money back. Sickening! 🤮

Small, chill burgers place that serves a decent hamburger and fries. I'll ask for less or no salt for the fries the next time. Just a personal preference.

We love tommys. But the prices have gotten to be absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. spent $51 on a burger, Philly and 2 sides of fries. There's no way in hell this food is worth anywhere near that price. Also they don't know what cheese fries are, they put a tiny bit of Shredded cheese on some fries and it's absolute crap. Yall need to do better. PUT PRICES ON YOUR WEBSITE.

My family and I went to the new Tommy's location and waited for awhile for our food. I asked about it and the lady, I wasn't able to catch her name apologized for the wait. The staff is phenomenal at this location. I did not catch the ladies name but thank you! You made up for the mix up and we are always a loyal fan.

First, I’d like to say thank you to everyone at Burger Stop for making food that makes you feel good. Not often I eat a burger & feel alert after. Quick & friendly service on top of that makes this a great place.
Small shop with big flavor. The wait when needed IS worth it. Check out their specials, always something great. Quality ingredients for everything. They also have great dessert options if your still hungry.
Do yourself a favor and eat in when you can. Fries in the store are exceptional! They are fine to go but so much better fresh from. The frier.

Was hungover and having an awful day so i decided to try Tommy's to try and fix the day. my only card kept getting declined even tho I had money and called the bank who said it was an server error(?) & to just wait a couple mins. The cashier girl was super patient even tho the card kept getting declined, eventually she offered to cash app me and save me further embarrassment. Super shout out to her bc I was fighting off tears in the lobby, when she came out with a solution.
Giving 5 stars bc she was an angel and her food recommendation was spot on for what I needed, Thank you, you sweet angel ??.
I'll probably be back but will say that the man in the Tupac shirt (on staff) was rude and he gave off a "I'm mean to homeless ppl" kinda vibe. He was ready to throw away my food even tho the angel told him Id already called the bank. He even had the audacity to insist that I take my food to go. I super don't jive with that type of energy and know for a fact that Tupac would be ashamed.
