I went here after hearing good things about Tommy’s. Very expensive disappointment a whopping 5 shrimp on a 12 inch 19 dollar sandwich ended up throwing 30 dollars worth of fries away because they werent cooked at a high enough temp and were drenched in oil. Won’t be back
The burgers were good. Definitely the best ones we had while we were in Alaska.

I got a gunslinger. The burger itself is absolutely amazing. It's juicy and has a ridiculous amount of stuff on it. Mushrooms, onions, bacon, cheese and a ton of other stuff. The burger was so large it was actually difficult to hold. However, it was fantastic to eat. They also serve Gold peak tea, which is nice because I needed to not have a soda. I was also able to get a wonderful garden salad which had fresh bell peppers, mushrooms and crisp lettuce with a sweet vinaigrette that was light and interesting. It added quite a bit of flavor. The atmosphere is filled with geeky things, memorabilia, fan, art and local flora and fauna from Anchorage, Alaska. This was a wonderful place. If you're looking for a burger, this is the place to go. There's a reason it was voted best burger for 20 years.

Good little local burger place, just down from the airport. I had the fish and chips, meh I've had better.
Next time I'm getting a burger.
Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Delicious!!!
Very small cramped inside but there is more seating outdoors. Restroom is extremely small and cramped. Definitely not wheelchair accessible restroom. Cute place though. Food was great with the Cajun flavors and themes.

This one’s called the Spenard with a patty, bacon, cheese, fried egg, mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. Absolutely delicious. The egg and bacon combo hit just right, and the whole thing held together well without falling apart into a mess. Only tweak I’d suggest: swap the standard onion for red onion—just to give it a little extra flair.
The fries? Amazeballs. Perfectly seasoned, crispy, and addictive. Toss in a drink and a 20% tip, and the total came out to $28.80. Yeah, it’s pricey—like everything up here—but it was worth it.
Also, the staff was super sweet and welcoming. My only wish? A Coke Zero or Dr Pepper Zero option to round it out. Still, solid spot. I’ll be back.

Excellent place! The burgers, fries and onion rings were great. Pro tip: if it’s raining, and it was, they have 3 indoor tables.

Delicious! Recommend calling ahead to place your order. Their fries are seasoned perfectly and just the right amount of crispy!

Local burger place that serves up tasty burgers and fries! Clearly a beloved place as it was busy with takeout and dine it. We called our order in, and it was fresh off the grill when I I walked in to get it. They also have delish carrot cake!
