The front cashier that's older and wears the blue contacts needs help and training on how to treat customers and take online orders. She is super unprofessional and seems to be annoyed by the slightest things. The food is great but her service definitely gives me pause- I don't know about coming back to this location. Replace her or retrain her.

I used to love this place. Just ordered a spenard burger and halfway through found a RUBBER BAND in my burger. Very disgusting and super unsanitary. Definitely wasn’t worth the money.

Tommy's burger stop is amazing. The staff is so kind. And the food is top-tier. You just can't go wrong there. If you want to support local, this is the place!

The food was AMAZING but the older lady cashier was horrible. I went in at 5:55p for 2 cheesesteaks. There was a small line so I assumed they were still taking orders. The cook was sweet and mentioned that he’d take my order as the last one and the older lady seemed to be upset with this. Before asking the cook (and taking my order) she looked at me with a very nasty look and said “we close in 5 minutes”, I took a look at the grill with 6 patties and 4 pairs of bacon on it, looked back at her and she rolled her eyes at me before going to ask the cook if he’d make my food. I believe his answer pissed her off bcs she came back to me extremely aggressive. She had me repeat my VERY simple order several times and was very rude. After I placed my order she abruptly walked away and I was confused bcs she didn’t take my payment so I kinda just lingered and after a short while she rolled her eyes again and smashed my total into the register extremely aggressively. At check out I decided that based on my experience with her I wasn’t going to leave a tip for such horrible service. Once my receipt was printing she commented “I would’ve at least thought you’d leave a tip since you’re making the cook stay an extra 15mins” to which I replied “I would have if this place had a better cashier” to which she replied “don’t worry I’ll tip him out of my own personal money”. Once I got my food, she made another comment “you should at least thank the cook for making your food” mind you, it’s the food I PAID for … her behavior was extremely awkward, confusing, and rude. I will NOT be back to see her again!

The sevice or the atmosphere, neither are really existent so not an issue. I really don't get why people like this place. I tried and was hyped up to check them out. I wanted to like them. The burger sucks. I don't think anyone in the area that likes this place know what a burger is supposed to taste like. I assume that's why they put so much random crap on the burgers to mask the fact that the burger takes like garbage.

I won’t be eating anywhere that treats their employees like garbage. I don’t care who your parents are.

Overpriced DRY burger…. My nine year old can make a better burger for HALF the cost. $20 but just a burger and if you want fries and soda that’ll be $10 more dollars.$30 for a burger meal is insane especially when it’s not even that good!! Go to city boy burgers instead!!
