Top Bop - South

Made an order, picked up the order passing through town, got home and found out my order was wrong. Called the store and they fixed it right away for free. I've never had a wrong order before and the store covering that is really appreciated especially when it comes to food allergies. Would highly recommend this chain due to them taking responsibility for the mistake.

This location has a straight up 5 star team that is very friendly and goes above and beyond. The only thing I could even think of complaining about is I feel like I could have gotten more noodles. But other than that I was extremely happy with my experience here and will definitely be returning frequently.

The poke is always so good! The staff is super friendly too! I’ve gotten it to go for dinner and also DoorDash for the office for lunch! The food is always consistent and I’ve never had a bad bowl! It’s nice you can choose different levels of spice!

Food is fantastic! Was my first time here and you guys were so sweet. You sent an extra bowl home with me just because it was a few minutes later than I thought it would be we will definitely be back for more!!!

This food was so like warm and gross I could barely eat it. Don’t mind that nasty floor that they drug leaking trash bags out the front door with. Place was dirty and smelled. Not worth 20 dollars for a bowl of rice and dried out like warm meat. Hope I don’t get sick.

My first time here recommended by my sister and will not be my last. The food tasted great! I got the bowl size and was able to share with my 4 year old and still have some leftovers. The combination of the teriyaki chicken, noodles, salad and rice was so tasty. The mac salad was good, a little on the dry side but still good. The blue raspberry Italian soda was very good as well. Excited to try other flavors. I also tried their shrimp tempura (not pictured) and it did not disappoint! The sauce they had on it made it even better. I'm ready to go back again to eat more amazing food they make.

Came in at 4 pm. People walking back and forth past me behind the counter. Not even saying hi or seeing if I’m ready to order.Not good one bit. Wait time was about 10 mins with only 1 person in front of me.

low quality tuna fish, two third of the bowl was all rice, so much rice. I also think the salmon is farmed. The only good thing is food was ready very quick.

I ordered to go through grub hub today. When it was delivered half of my order was missing! Driver and me even hand went over missing items at my doorstep.. called grub hub. Zero support or even concern was given towards my missing food issue. HOWEVER driver showed back up to the restaurant and had them remake my missing food. Top Bop even called me to apologize and let me know my food was remade and on the way again! I was very impressed by the restaurant and the drivers cooperation together. They made sure to correct the issue and then notify me of its arrival. Food was delivered hot, and delicious and was so very appreciated by my kids on a day when they are not feeling well and home from school. Thank you Top Bop! ?

Have always loved top bop however today we picked up two bowls, they had no vegetables in them when we got home. Top Bop in the past has had lots of fresh veggies in the bowl and today there was a shred of carrot and that is literally it. We did not ask for the veggies to be removed.
