I live in St.Louis Mo and have a friend from Chugiak, he had recently had some of your smoked salmon and different varieties of the salmon jerky sent to my home in St.Louis. This was the best i have ever had!!! I am hooked ?? I will be placing orders in the near future.
The staff was very friendly. The whole process went pretty smooth. I had my fish shipped to my CO home, and it arrived in about 16 hours. Still frozen rock solid. Great prices and outstanding packaging. I filleted all my own fish so in that aspect I have no comment. Will use them from here on out when sending fish. Thank you for the great service
I contacted Trapper Creek about some salmon I had bought at a local grocery store that I was unhappy about. They went above and beyond to keep me as a customer and ensured that I was given a response the very next day. As a matter of fact, I received replacement salmon that was OUT OF THIS WORLD delicious and I will never buy smoked salmon from any other company. Their customer service and products have made me a lifelong customer! I am so impressed with them I have told my friends...
