Grateful for a family- friendly atmosphere and delightful locally brewed beers with unmatched local flavor and flair. Our 4 year old looks forward his helping of goldfish crackers at “the goldfish brewery” 😂 bring your friends, dogs, and family. Something for everybody- awesome non-alcoholic grapefruit soda, too!
Excellent sours. Food truck starts at 4pm (at least on Thursday.) Pizza and Wings.
This place has some great tasting beers. Audrey recommend some great beers for me and the owner is very nice as well. Highly recommend trying this place out if you like to have a good time.
Great beer, nice atmosphere
What a great find! Stopped at most of the breweries in Anchorage and Turnagain was the best one by far IMO. Anna and Audrey were awesome beer tenders, friendly and knowledgeable! Great beer and swag! Loved the Atlantic Haze, Mexican Lager and Nordic Freestyle,
Favorite brewery, and they have my favorite beer. Right down from the Ironworkers union hall ?
The beer is good, but it’s important to note that this place does not have food or a view as a review from a month ago stated. They have a food truck later this afternoon, but unfortunately, it doesn’t work with our schedule. Again, the beer is good. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area, but hopefully you’ll read this and come with realistic expectations.
Favorite place for a unique beer with local ingredients. Has regular food trucks during the week. Friendly staff with great suggestions!
Great place if you’re a fan of sours. Not many breweries around with a focus on them + Belgian style beer
RUN! Do not walk to Turnagain Brewing. This has the most amazing view, but the view is the least enjoyable thing about this restaurant. The atmosphere is inviting, the staff kind and accommodating, but the food is unreal. We shared the salmon hush puppies, which were fresh, and paired with a homemade tartar sauce. I had the seafood chowder which was deeply flavorful and paired with a homemade foccacia. The star of the show was the halibut fish and chips my wife ordered. Wow wow wow. That's my only description. Perfectly fried, light, seasoned to perfection. Each day you spend in Alaska missing out on this place is a grave disservice. This place is incredible. Side note: check out the locally made clothing in the connected store. It's equally as incredible.

Really excellent beers. Sours, Baltic porter, and most of the hoppy things all really well done. Nice little food truck outside.
Delicious, beautiful presentation such pride. Really just a treat for the all the senses!
Good beers, especially Belgian styles.
Great dog-friendly place for fantastic beers. A food truck was next door so we were able to enjoy a pizza with our beers. If you like sour beers you have to try Turnagain Brewing. The framboise sour was my favorite. The sweet and the sour mix was so yummy.
Great sour options. Back in anchorage for the first time in 5 years and walked in thinking “I’ve been here before..?” And the beertender said it’s the old King Street. Love the dejavu almost as much as I loved my rhubarb sour!
