The most generous, fun, witty, lady bar tender I think from California and been at XYZ for around 20 years. She even stayed a little later to accommodate 3 of us still wanting last minute drinks and since I missed my flight I was stuck until 4am at the Aloft with no reservation and she made me an extra special drink of her own design... I'll always remember the best service and I'm actually NOT a drinker but the dried fruit addiction made it like a meal!! I absolutely...
The staff are so quick to help you in anyway and the food is awesome

Staying at Aloft Anchorage for a week for business. So far, the customer service is outstanding with a shout out to Sasa, who exemplifies professionalism. It feels like the staff really go out of their way for guests. Everything at the hotel is pretty easy to navigate. My room is standard and has both a microwave and a refrigerator. It is clean, bright, and the walls are thick enough that I don’t hear my neighbors. Overall, a great experience.
