Looked like one customer in the restaurant but wait to place order at speaker was about 6 minutes per customer. Burger was cold. Fries were hot and fresh. Drive thru fellow was very friendly.

They all seemed inconvenienced by me being there and ordering and idk what their problem was but I’ve never had that issue at this Wendy’s in my life. They had a hard time doing my order and then they just didn’t even want to finish my order and walked away from me. They ruined my day and made my daughter cry bc they didn’t know how to act professionally

The only person who seems to know what to do was a young lady.

Don’t go here! They are always out of everything and are rude.
Did a mobile order for breakfast showed up to the location checked in and when I got to the window they said that they were out of the items in which I ordered but they already pressed the button that I had arrived so I could not cancel the order I still have yet to receive a refund or a call back. I don’t care if it was one sent it’s the point I have since found out this is something that they do and refund themselves in pocket the money

I was so impressed with my visit to Wendy’s Spenard location where the service was outstanding and place was clean. We were staying in a nearby hotel and wanted something quick to eat. The food came out fast and was delicious. Ms Ruta was friendly sweet and extremely polite. She is awesome. More people need to be like her. I loved that new berry frosty by the way. Wish we had that back home in Louisiana.

We were there 2 times. Unfortunately the Coke was empty on both days. The fries were too salty.

This has to be the worst run Wendy's franchise I've ever encountered. Their ordering manager should be fired. Every time I go here they are out of some basic essential thing. "I'm sorry, no large cups". "I'm sorry, no beef"! An occasional mistake is one thing, but it happens almost every time. It makes me sad because Wendy's is the only fast food I actually enjoy, but I will not be returning to this location.
