They were out of mayo, out of every drink in the soda fountain and the customer service was not there at all. Went there for lunch and was very disappointed, I know it’s not the workers fault but they need better management at that store for sure. Won’t be returning

Extremely rude staff and unhelpful staff, there was no one, not a single person in the restuarant or drive through and they were behind somehow, refusing to make orders for door dashers because they didn't want to, yelling at customers for asking questions

if you want poor/slow service, this is the place for you. was told to wait at drive thru, few minutes gone by, finally placed my order.. then was told “we don’t have that”… order another meal option, then was told to drive around front and wait for the food.

The workers have been very rude these past couple of months. I got a sandwich that didn’t have the bottom bun, the top bun was cold. Ive also gotten a set of fries once that was slightly damp. One of the workers didn’t even look out when passing the food out the window. Worst Wendy’s in town

I normally avoid chicken sandwiches from fast food places due to half cooked chicken... Not an issue with Wendy's & I hope they don't change anything.

I’ve never been to a worst fast food restaurant. 15+ minutes waiting in a not busy drive thru. Just go to McDonald’s across the street for fast food that’s probably much better.

Some employee lectured my son when he cried about someone yelling at him. The employee said “you’re over reacting.” That week his cousin died and lost his friends. A lot of things happened. When we got the food we ordered, it was wrong and we had to get dinner at a different restaurant because my son has allergies. Do not come here.

Not worth going inside because they will argue with each other saying “it’s not my job today”. Even the manager is poorly managing because he told one of the workers to help but they didn’t want to so I walked out while they tried to argue with each other 🤷🏻♀️ DO NOT GO HERE. NOT WORTH IT. They keep it up they’re gonna get shut down.

If you want salad with rotten vegetables or to be given expired meat for your burgers then by all means come to this Wendy's. Workers don't wash their hands after they use the bathroom either. This restaurant should be closed down! Half the time they are out of what's on the menu. Here is the lettuce they were using two weeks past the expiration date.
