DoorDasher here. They accepted a customer’s order around 9:30 pm. When I came to pick it up the dinning room was closed, so I got in the drive through line at 9:40. Half an hour later I got up the front of the line and they said that because it was after 10 they would not fill the order. I have no idea if they have any plans to refund the customer’s money; as far as I know they just stole it. I tried to talk to someone there, but just got some moron who said he doesn’t know anything, it’s his first day. No one else would come talk to me.

The restaurant is filthy, and while the burgers were hot, the chicken nuggets and fries were cold. We ordered kids' meals for the kids, but we were not given the toys or anything except the kids' milk and food. I also received the wrong burger for my meal. When I asked for the kids' toys, the employee asked me,"Like what?" This was just bad.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. The highchair was disgusting.

Every time I order here they get it wrong this time they gave my 3yo daughter the cold brew I wish they would hire people who know what they're doing
Went in for supper the night before last. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there, then was cursed at by an employee for absolutely no reason whatsoever- so went elsewhere to spend my hard-earned money. Would give it zero stars if I could. Never going back to this location EVER.

Tried to get breakfast there, and the guy taking orders was beyond rude and impatient with me cause I was trying to view the "new" menu. I said him one sec please and I can hear him huff and puff at me already. I was going to order three items, but after each time I mentioned one order, he tried to tell me my total, but I had to inform him twice that I had more to add, each time he expressed his annoyance. After the second time, I drove off. I don't want anyone that miserable with their job have anything to do with my food, even if it's just taking the order. Won't return to this location for breakfast or even at all for that matter. 11/20/24 around 7:50 am.

It's always impressive when the wait time is long, you have to repeat your order multiple times because of poor speaker quality, you are charged for what you ordered but you are not served the product you ordered. You can always expect the same quality when you come to Wendys(tm).
