Completely hostile employees wouldn’t serve me!! (I do not look homeless or anything) I was working on the landscape of the grocery store and wanted a hot meal late at night and they were my only option because I have a work truck with a big escevator (big loader machine) weights a ton and is oversized. I tryed to just want thru the drive thru and would talk to me for five minutes and then finally said “guy with bright vest go now someone wanted to order” I kindly said yes I’m trying to just get a bacanator. No answer. Goes on to get more and more hostile and the threatens to call the cops for thru ing to order as they locked the lobby doors on me. Who ever the late night (10:02pm 09/22/25) drive thru commentator is not a good service. Could’ve at least told me politely why or something. But nothing but threats and no resiprication or concideration

Waited 25 minutes and got two sandwiches which were the right genre but not what I ordered. Really too bad because it was a good location and clean and modern. People in the back weren't communicating at all.

Went to this wendy's in the morning for breakfast and there was no one there.The doors with them drive through window was open and it was closed

This drive thru has not failed me yet. Every time I go my food is hot and the staff is friendly.

Online hours say they’re open till 11pm. We were in line behind 3 other cars and when we pulled up to the window at 10:03 we were told they took their last order which was the car in front of us… mind you we’re stuck in line with cars in front and behind us. Very unprofessional.

The store did not have all of my original requested items, so I asked for a second item and the store was not able to fulfill my second order. When I added a third request, it took at least 10 minutes to fulfill the order. What made the matter worst is that there were no other customers present when I entered the store and placed the order.

This place entire morning shift is incompetent. You will be waiting 15-25 minutes even if you're the ONLY ONE THERE you routinely don't get the items you order/pay for.

Dropped 5 stars from 7 years ago to a 1 star today. What happened to this location?? It used to be great. No forks, stale chicken on the salad, burger taste kinda off, soggy fries, and unavailable frosty flavors for my frosty cold brew. 🤦♂️

sometimes the drive thru lane takes forever the staff is very rude I went there today with my senior clients and had three staff walk by the register and not even acknowledge us ...not a hi or hey sorry we are short staffed. Then whene the rude cashier walked up there wan no sorry or even a hello just a what you you like to order
