The service is absolutely terrible. The staff simply pretends not to notice you. Orders take a long time to process. The manager pretends not to notice the line and that no one is working. There were times when there was no one in the kitchen at all. I want to point out that this all happens during rush hour. Furthermore, they mark unfulfilled orders as completed so that the system shows everything as completed on time.

Very slow. Line of cars in the drive thru and employees are socializing. Watched 2 people put 1 order of fries in a bag. They should at least act like there's people waiting.

Terrible service. Always out of stock. Always taking forever to get to the window to take your order. It took like a half hour to get my Wednesday meal and baconantor fries. They had to give me chocolate it's all they had which was fine, but they gave me a small size a different Wendys gave me the regular size. They didn't get my order together right still lmao half a hr and they gave me the baconator fries but not for my meal. I will never come here again it's always a bad experience. Even when I've doordashed picking a order up for someone, they treated me bad for picking up a order close to closing. Long story on that but anyways they were rude! Overall DONT COME HERE! Also dirty when I walked into the lobby to get my fries. Food all over the floor I get it's fast food and busy but still... I feel like they could do better

It doesn’t matter what time you come to this establishment, the wait time will always be more than 45 minutes. You’ll have faster service going to an actual dine-in restaurant. The staff here are rude as hell.

Help! I’m trapped in the drive through line for 30 minutes and I haven’t even ordered anything yet!! This is completely ridiculous. There was ONE car with one guy in front of me. No one is inside the restaurant. What is happening here? #claustrophobic

They do the surge pricing thing. You never know what price you're going to pay. And honestly just because the meat has never been frozen doesn't mean you can adjust prices like that

Waited in the drive thru for over 35 minutes. 15 minutes at the window where I could see in. Sandwiches were sitting everywhere. The staff was running around but seemingly doing nothing. Was trying to get a quick bite but ended up being late because I couldn't escape the line.
