Well on Sunday 12/15/24 I got my son two plain cheeseburgers and we got them and they were just meat and a bun. So I went inside to get them remade it took 20 minutes to do that and they were normal with everything on them. So we had to get them remade again! I am not pleased with this experience.

We showed up an hour before closing. Sat in the drive-thru for a while and no one took our order. But we could see people working inside. Finally pulled away after about 5 minutes of no service.

If you've ever wondered why the service is so poor. It's because the management are so self centered, lazy, and unqualified they don't know how to run an establishment. Let alone actually work. They are always short staffed because they do not train new employees, and expect them to do the work of multiple people. They will never give employees any slack, or help in any way. They do not deserve your business.

This is the WORST place to go through the drive through. We sat in the drive through for over 25 minutes and nothing. We could see several workers in there sitting around and nothing. No one on the speaker an no one came to the window. They wouldn't answer the phone either. We were going to get over 5 full meals, before 9pm. McDonald's here e come

The Anchorage Wendy's are horrible. Service lacks, employees don't seem to know what they're doing. Not a good experience and not a good look on the franchise owner

The drive-thru is god awful. It takes so long to even get to the menu to order. I got in line at 12:18 and was out of the drive-thru by 12:50.
I placed an order online and thought my food was going to be hot. Boy was I wrong. Fries were cold. My nuggets were cold, and my drink was supposed to be a Carmel frostie cold brew. I only got a normal cold brew.
I'll never go through the drive-thru again.
