Worst drive thru fast food Ive ever had. Customer service sucks and whoever here around 4pm 9/15/25. Definitely yall dont love your job or atleast show some appreciation. I dont recommend this area too slow and disrespectful. And that guy in the window calling me “dawg” go find a different job.

The people working here are rude or they mess up a lot.
Frosty is randomly not available.
Condiments like ketchup or cups or salt aren't available and you have to ask the counter.
Recently we came and they somehow charged my friend for 2 sandwiches, and then argued when he said he wanted only 1 meal.
Place is a disaster and corporate needs to come visit.

After seeing recent low reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect. I came in to utilize a coupon. My experience wasn't that terrible. Sure front counter wasn't enthusiastic, but they were still respectful in their communications and interactions. Attentive when they were able to spare the time. I believe the staff is just overworked and/or understaffed due to the orders coming in from the delivery apps. Sauce was forgotten for the nuggets, but I didn't wait that long to recieve my food.

Dont waste your time here. I dont really do reviews on fast foods. i Waited 25mins and theres only 2 cars in front of me, 1 car decided to drive off cause the dude talking on the intercom has no manners and do not know wtf he is doing. Not coming back here again. Charged me $5 for 2 sauces! My nuggets was cold and saggy

By far the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. I don’t know what kind of people they’re hiring here. There was one car ahead of me and they wouldn’t take my order for 7 minutes then proceeded to tell me they’re out of half the menu.
Pulled into this Wendy's at dinner time last night, and there were no cars. I thought the restaurant might be closed. It wasn't, so we went in for dinner. When we walked into the dining area, it smelled terrible. There were no people, and the dining area looked relatively clean, but the smell was enough for us to leave and go elsewhere for dinner. Probably will not return to this Wendy's again.

This was a horrible experience. After a very long wait in drive thru. I finally got my order. i had waited so long didn’t want to hold up others so i left without checking my order. I got home and this was not my order. Only 1 sandwich and not one we ordered. . I’m out $28.26. I called for 45 minutes. Got message ‘‘this extension isn’t working or busy.” Personally I think the phone was off the hook. I have been there many times. Majority time slow service and this is not first time wrong order. They lost us as a very good customer.

It took me 40 minutes in the drive thru to get my order taken and the person who i talked to didn't smile or anything. I also got less nuggets than I ordered and the sauce wasn't properly on them either. They weren't even busy but they were not good workers. They wasted my time.

Yesterday they were out of chicken nuggets. Today they are out of barbecue sauce and they can only serve Frosty’s in small or large. Seems like perpetual supply chain issues.
