They are very often out of menu items. Today they are completely out of lemonade and Frosty Fusions. This has happened in the recent past as well. About two months ago, I ordered a Vanilla Frosty, and it didn't right at all. They offered me a Chocolate one which tasted okay, but not great. I've always had good service at the Seward Highway and Benson location, but not this one. The staff is not very concerned about making improvements from what I can see. Buyer Beware!!

Went through the drive thru. And I was sadly disappointed. I got my usual baconator and frosty. With French fries. When we got our food it was cold and looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. Soggy French fries and the frosty was horribly done. They didn't have the flavor I wanted or any BBQ sauce. Would not recommend going again.

The female manager was rude and had used foul language infront of customers. Was very rude to the elderly gentleman who was working. This is uncalled for and very unprofessional. Managers name is Amber.

Ordered through app. They didn't have two items on the menu. I wasn't given a refund instead had to call the customer care line. Agent #1 said the manager will give me a call. Fast forward three weeks no one called so I called the care line again. This time agent #2 was rude treating me like I was an inconvenience to call regarding this matter. He offered $5 credit. I informed him that the amount is lesser than what I wasnt given. He said the product has no price on receipt. Well the items I had were a large chilies and Oreo vanilla frosty which amounted more than that. A I was in disbelief. He not only treated me like an inconvenience but he implied that I'm trying to score a free meal. At that point I relented to just credit me the $5 that expires in thirty days. I won't be frequenting Wendy's again. Exasperating.
