Ordered 2 ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwiches and when I got home there was a dried up hard as a rock bacon cheeseburger and a soggy regular chicken sandwich. Both the food and service have been getting worse and worse I guess it’s time to stop going there.

Went to this location for breakfast around 930am on a Saturday and at first, it did not look like the restaurant was open. The lot was empty and you could not see if the lights were on. After I started to leave, a car pulled out from the drive through. So, I went to place an order (I should have left). I wanted to order a hot honey chicken biscuit, to which I was told "we haven't had that in a while". I said "how am I supposed to know that? why is it still on the menu?" I ended up ordering the original honey chicken biscuit instead. The cashier was very nonchalant. No greeting, just told me the amount of the order, took my payment, and then handed me the food. The biscuit was luke warm and had an unpleasant aftertaste. At the least, you would think that as slow as they were, that the meal would have at least been hot.

I order my food and is was not hot. I asked for ketchup didn't get it. Asked again and was given ketchup in a small container that the person kept trying to seal it closed and handed it me and the botton fell out of the lid inclosure getting all over my clothes, set of car, console and my eye glasses. Was not happy with Wendys.

dirty lobby, lazy workers. didn't let me and my mom know there was no asiago cheese before we even ordered. and they are rude we asked for ketchup and barely got

Drive through takes forever, they're always out of something when I order (such as out of ranch when I want ranch or out of fries, out of chicken nuggets etc) When I try to call them for any questions I have whatsoever, the employees rush the phone call, hang up on me or are extremely rude. UnbelievableEdit: some rude kid hung up on me when I called, asking why they canceled my order on doordash, which is something they only do when they're about to close or when they get too backed up. The wait time was 15 minutes, that doesn't sound backed up to me, that sounds like laziness

I never leave reviews, these guys messed up my order five times in a row now. It’s not that hard to make a sandwich without ranch on it. Just had to get it corrected again and they handed me another sandwich with ranch on it… Told him to keep

We showed up to the restaurant and with our order was taken. And then we paid for it. And then they decided to tell us that they are out of condiments completely. After we had paid for it! It was a joke of a restaurant no wonder in the parking lot was empty!

The driest chicken sandwich I've ever had. My chicken sandwich was the worst I've ever had and that's zero exaggeration . It was like having a breaded slab of jerky thrown between a burger bun. The fries at least were good. The chilly tastes heavy on tomato sauce.

I had some valpak coupons for Wendy's so I stopped in here this morning on my way to work. I was greeted in a rather hostile manner by Terrance, who seemed very displeased to have a customer at all and assured me he would only take my order if I was paying with a credit card. After placing my order he argued back and forth with other kitchen staff about how busy he was and who should be filling these orders. The general feeling was that no one wanted to do anything and that these annoying customers should just "go home". Yes, they said that loud enough to hear in the lobby. I was informed after I paid and had waited 7 minutes for 2 burgers that half the toppings were out of stock and would not be included in my order, I wasnt offered any discount or refund and again I seemed to be causing trouble for Terrance when I asked why they didnt have simple ingredients. I dont expect 5 star service from a fast food "restaurant" but this was utterly disgusting and I wont shop here again. I'm sure Terrance will be happy to hear they have one less customer.

The worst Wendy's ever. (Old Seward) First let me state that I've tried to buy salads from them on 5 different occasions. I've not been able to order a salad from them in over a year. (This is February 10th2024 11:10am). No salads again ugh! Do they only order enough for few orders. They should just get rid of the salads on their menu. I'll just drive to a different Wendy's. Why?.... Cause I love their salads. Oh well....
