Carbonated water, cold food, witnessing people go in after us to fix their own orders after we went in twice, no attempt at apology and ignored an allergy. Working fast food is not that hard, especially when you are not having a rush and all the workers are doing is sitting in the front talking on their phones. Honestly, I have seen worse but when you have absolutely positively nothing to do you should at least check the fountain drinks and maybe double check an order. Have even an ounce of dignity in what you do for work

Twice in the last week, I’ve tried to order food. This last time I sat in line for 30 minutes and I was the third one in line and never got to order. Left and went to th Ffifth Avenue Wendy’s. Got my order and driving home went past the Debarr Wendy’s to see the same two cars in the drive-through and hadn’t seen their order yet.
Don’t waste your time. I don’t know what’s going on with that Wendy’s, but they are beyond incompetent.

The drive-thru has an automatic motion detected voice message asking how they can help you even when no one is there. Go to any other Wendy's in Anchorage every single one is better than this one.
Just ordered a kids meal and never got my nuggets. Just a toy and side of fries. Everytime I go around dinner time. There’s limited ppl working and it takes forever to order through the drive through. Just close down at this point. Hire more ppl. Idk. Yall fast food joint that ain’t fast.

Good afternoon, I came to this restaurant to place an order. The restaurant turned out to be closed, even though there was still an hour and a half left before its official closing time. All the stickers indicating the restaurant’s closing hours were torn off from the doors and windows. As a result, a long line started to build up in the drive-thru. The employees were sitting inside at the tables, playing on their phones, and pretending that the people pulling on the locked door simply didn’t exist.
I request that measures be taken and that the employees who fail to follow the restaurant’s working hours and close it on their own be terminated.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to and I never write reviews. They open up around 7, but just ignores customers until 10:30. Also they say all Wendy’s stopped making breakfast. Which is a complete lie.

This old dweeb at the window needed me to show my name to confirm my order. I told him I wasn’t sure why my name didn’t show, but I had the order ID and the price I paid. He told me that wasn’t enough! I literally said, “Who’s going to guess my name? I can even tell you exactly what I ordered.” Then he goes, “People do it all the time and get into things like that.” Um, what?!
Then another coworker tells me to come inside the lobby for what? I said no. They finally gave in and handed me my order after comparing the price in their system with the one on my phone. Like, no shit it’s the same price.
One of them even muttered that I “don’t know how to use my phone” just because I couldn’t pull up my name, like that’s somehow harder to fake than an order ID. Obviously, a confirmation number should matter more.
Just put the fries in the bag, bro it’s not that deep. Do better Wendy’s and hire more competent employees.
