Does every customer need to personally inspect every item before you guys give it to them? Because this specific restaurant has literally never gotten my order right any time I order from here. Just shut down or get new people at this point. You guys suck

This place is getting slower and slower. Every time I go here they're backed up. We were boxed into the drive through for an hour before we got our food and it was wrong. This place may have just opened but this place doesn't even deserve to be open anymore unless they can get more people to properly staff this place.

What in the heck. They messed up my order, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, but for whatever reason it didn’t have bacon! When I called, whoever picked up the phone ask to put me on hold then decided to have a personal phone call. I could even hear them speaking Samoan. Then she hung up on me without ever even saying anything back! How rude! This store is a hot mess.

Avoid the drive thru. This is the worst Wendys in town. Go to Arbys instead.

A few months ago, I tried them with five cars in the drive-through. It took 35 minutes to get my food. I was nearby so I gave them another try since I saw only one vehicle in the drive through. As soon as I begin to order there with one woman another dude interrupts me and I am told give me a minute. Basically, they cannot handle taking more than one order at a time. Three minutes later the guy comes back and takes my order. I say I would like a large combo. He says it’s gonna have to be a small , because we only have small cups. It takes a couple of questions to figure out how to get me large fries. It takes about 10 minutes to get my order. I don’t get a receipt and I ask for it. He says It’s in the bag. I look and it’s not in the bag. He says normally I put it in the bag. if that wasn’t enough he even tells me about the survey on the back of the receipt. The food was good but
these are the most incompetent people I have experienced. I felt like I was not in America, but in A Third World country. They simply do not give a flying fudge about the customer.

Wendy’s is my favorite guilty pleasure, however, this location should promptly shut down or come under new management. Despite only six cars in the drive thru, the wait time to pick up a mobile order today exceeded 45 minutes. And this a frequent problem. This location repeatedly exhibits incompetence.

Unfortunately I am choosing to review this restaurant and more so because of the cleanliness and health aspect as I used to be a restaurant manager, so I understand that side pretty well.

I will not comment on the customer experience I had negatively as the guy who took my order and let me use the bathroom was very polite and it was his first day so he was kinda thrown into it.

But everything else there needs an overhaul, badly.

The washrooms were filthy. The restaurant was filthy. Like not just from a busy lunch rush but filthy.

They were out of cups, they were out of lids and straws.

I think they need to do a power clean and restock and get this place back to standards. To Wendy’s standards I mean.

Absolute incompetence. With explicit words, hamburger without cheese, onion, pickle, ketchup, nothing else. Guess what, not what I received, even after the helper at the window re-read my order and confirmed no cheese. Sick and tired of lazy workers screwing easy stuff up.

The supervisor seamed to be in a daze. He didn't wear a beard net or gloves. I seen him touch food after wiping his face and nose with his bare hand. I'll never go back.

I wish I could give this place less than one star. This is the 4th time we've been to this location and it has been bad every single time. The employees are rude. They're cursing in front of the customers. Every time we've been they get a part of our order wrong or your food is just old or cold. They served us fries tonight and I watched them dump the rest of them in the trash right after giving us our share. Manager is propped against the wall on his phone just chillin. I figured we'd try again after not coming for quite a while and we definitely won't be back. Sad because we dont have many options on east side but this place is better off closed!
