Poor experience when placing orders ahead of time. Thought that 3rd time they will get it together but NO!! Every time we place an order ahead or time, we get there and the order is NOT ready. Then looking to call their “boss” to find out if the receipt provided is legit! POOR POOR POOR!!

I was excited to see there is a Malasada shop in Anchorage. The mini Malasadas are good. The dough is fluffy, nice sugar coating and not too much filling. The guava filling is okay, tasted a little like a premade package filling. I pre-ordered online the night before-that was the way to go. Order was ready to go at 7:45 this morning. It was a quick in and out. The inside doesn’t really appear to have seating. It seems more grab and go. Overall, seemed like a clean space.

No seating whatsoever for eating and sipping coffee. Pick-up only. Didn’t have coffee ready by 10 min after opening time. Good coffee and german chocolate cookie. But a bit expensive at $8. Nice young ladies at the counter.

Employees were great. Customer service was great. Our order took over an hour however and that was because the manager decided to take what was left and they ran out of donuts. We ended up having to get something completely different than what we originally ordered because they had to make some new donuts. I felt bad for the employees as they had to fix the managers mess up. The manager needs to learn how to manage or be replaced.

I love the taste of these ‘donuts’, I just wish they’d put more filling in them…it’s really not enough. I’ve still been here tons of times, but the skimping on the filling definitely holds me back from coming more often and ordering for parties/events. Do I ask for more filling? Will I get charged more? They’re already very pricy, I can’t imagine spending more.

Employees have no idea what Wiki means or we're it came from, they use the word "HAWAII" to sell a donut that is not a Hawaiin donut at all.... they DONT give back to Hawaii for anything.....poor cust.service aswell......as one of there post says from another person, they GAVE NOTHING BACK DURING COVID TO THE CUSTOMERS OR LOCAL HAWAIINS ........part of why Lei's Poke Stop severed ways when sharing the building with them.....Quit stealing from Hawaii!
