Everything is done right at this place. The ice cream has a smooth texture, is flavorful but not overbearing, and the presentation is amazing. The nuts that they put on their ice cream are candied and give the ice cream a wonderful crunchy feel. I really liked the blueberry ice cream like others here. It's really much better than all the other ice cream places and is worth it despite the higher cost.

We love to seek out locally made ice cream, and Wild Scoops is the place to go in Anchorage. Lots of flavors of small batch, DELICIOUS ice creams. They mark the gluten free ice creams and have Gf cones available. The day I visited they had at least 8 gf flavors. We also had hot spiced cider. For those who can eat anything, they also have other treats- like today they have a hot apple cake with caramel sauce. We walked two miles from our hotel to get here and it was worth it!...
