Sitka swirl (salted caramel swirl in a vanilla base) and a Pilots life for me and Rhubarb crumble were the standouts for me. The chocolate has a hint of cinnamon. The vegan mud pie cookie sandwich with chocolate coconut ice cream is a WOW! So so good! Yum!!! Lots of locally sourced ingredients. Fireweed (honey floral flavor) is unique and fun. What a great ice cream place and if it’s good enough for The Today Show well it’s good enough for me. Absolutely perfect location. I had the baked alaska waffle cone with Alaskan blueberry ice cream! They top your cone with marshmallow fluff and brûlée it with a torch!!! So, so good!!!!

The very next day I had to go back, but sadly the shop had just closed. When I asked, they initially said they couldn’t serve me, but after I gently requested again, they kindly checked in the back and gave me an extra they had left.
