I ordered vanilla with caramel salt and marshmallow fluff. I absolutely loved the flavor and savored every spoonful.
The very next day I had to go back, but sadly the shop had just closed. When I asked, they initially said they couldn’t serve me, but after I gently requested again, they kindly checked in the back and gave me an extra they had left.

Sitka swirl (salted caramel swirl in a vanilla base) and a Pilots life for me and Rhubarb crumble were the standouts for me. The chocolate has a hint of cinnamon. The vegan mud pie cookie sandwich with chocolate coconut ice cream is a WOW! So so good! Yum!!! Lots of locally sourced ingredients. Fireweed (honey floral flavor) is unique and fun. Just a great treat and yummy experience. The 3rd street location has no indoor seating so if it’s wet, there’s no where to go. Just...
