Really disappointing, to be have a name advertising wings I really expected better. The employees were nice and friendly but not very timely on information or accurate. I would do more detail but I think I have said enough.

Through door dash, I ordered a 20 piece all flappers with fries and celery sticks. Received 11 drumsticks, 9 flats, and no fries. Chicken so overcooked the bones crumbled. Only edible portion of my meal was the celery sticks. I called and was told that they only do the all-flats "when it's possible." If that's true, they need to remove the option from their door dash menu. 35 bucks worth of food went in the garbage and that is not how I roll. Not gonna be ordering from these guys again. Service gets 2 stars because they answered the phone.

Shh, I actually treated them some of my cooking a dish that I make for years from hi,
I would go back for the service alone but the food was on point too! I got the Nuke Wings extra crispy and the made from scratch brownie! Just like I remember from as far back as when they were downtown. Don’t know if any of the same people are connected but the chicken is still connected!
I also witnessed the woman taking orders being so compassionate to an older gentleman even helping him walk out the door and get to his car. I Will definitely go again!
Vegetarian options: I didn’t have one but great salad options

I love wing n things wings but their service is garbage. I just called to see if I could pick up my order instead of have it delivered. After 9 minutes of waiting on hold, i asked the lady about it and she canceled my order. I asked her why it was cancelled and she said my wife called and canceled the order. I asked how that was possible since I was waiting on hold during that time and this lady told me sorry, you’ll need to replace the order. Have a nice day. What the hell…
*Edited*I wish it would let me post as a response to the ridiculous Owners response. First off, my wife was sitting next to me the entire time and she never called you nor cancelled this order. Which means you or your staff either flat out lied to me or you guys negligently deleted our ordered. This probably means absolutely nothing to you based on your response to my complaint. You clearly prefer to blame your customers for your mistakes instead of taking responsibility.
**second update see attached picture for the owner’s original response**I’m glad you edited your post to remove the very rude condescending response to an issue created by your staff. I don’t even know how you could put any merit in support of your staff in this, I checked yelp and this is almost exactly the same situation that has occurred multiple times. The lady gets defensive and rude after clearly making a mistake and blames it on the customer or the customers wife. But sure no need to apologize for your or your staff’s behavior in this.

I have been ordering food from here fromthe past 20 yrs since downtown location i have never been treated so poorly from a local restaurant Service is horrible i got turned down for only placing a 25 dollar order i will never order from this place or this comapny ever again The phone lady is nasty doesnt not have good customer service The food is not as fresh as they used to be from downtown location
