Wingstop

I ordered 6 Louisiana Rub wings and somehow was given 20 BBQ instead. When I called to get it fixed, they didn’t apologize and told me I had to come back and bring the wrong food into the restaurant before they would even help me. Super inconvenient and terrible customer service. Won’t order again!!!!

Manager on duty who I spoke to on the phone absolutely disgusting individual. Needs to be retrained or get better managerial skills. I received the wrong order just called to get a solution(send my correct order) , she's raising her voice at me and becoming confrontation like its my fault that I got the wrong order. I ordered 10 boneless wings and 5pc regular seasoning corn on cob ( that was right ) . Then she just hangs up so now its two customers with the wrong orders and she doesnt give a dam.

This is the first Google review I’ve ever written — and if I could give 0 stars, I would.
It took 49 minutes to receive pre-ordered food. When we arrived, we witnessed management/OWNER being incredibly rude to a delivery driver from Sourdough Express — belittling, cussing, and raising their voice for no reason. Mind you, this was at 8PM. It was uncomfortable to watch.
Just when we thought it couldn’t get worse, another contractor arrived and was treated just as poorly.
This place is horribly managed, the atmosphere is unwelcoming, and the way management treated others was unacceptable.
We will NEVER be back.

Ordered Garlic Parmesan and got the atomic wings instead. About the furthest you could get from what I wanted. Have a feeling there’s a bunch of petty workers who self-righteously believe they deserve large tips for the minimum expected service.

On the plus side the food will arrive cold so you dont have to worry about letting it cool off

This Wing Stop had such a unique atmosphere and it took me a minute to really appreciate it. The crew cooking the food sounds like they are really having fun but they got all the orders out in a timely manner and our food was delicious. I highly recommend this Wing Stop and make sure you give yourself a chance to enjoy the people and the atmosphere.

Chinese lady is a joke working the counter

Three crew went above and beyond after a computer glitch delayed the order. We'll be back for sure. Amazing food and folks!

Did not receive my correct order I did a delivery and they purposely did not put what I ordered in the bag because the receipt was taped onto the bag and when I called about it I was given the run around and the girls on the phone lied and said that wingstop doesn’t do delivery orders so they didn’t know what I was talking about.
