I use to know the owner of my local wing stop & I had a standard order thats not on the menu.
I asked the mgr if she could do it & she said yes.
It's little things like this that'll have me coming back!

This place has the worst food. The chicken smells like vomit and the fries taste so bad. The orders take excessively long times to complete. Almost $20 for practically garbage food. Not sure how anyone dines here. I will never return here again. Best recommendation I have is for anyone to buy chicken and fries at the grocery store and cook.

Placed an order for pick up and I go inside and the cashier is on his phone I say “hello?” Ignores me. At this point I’m staring at him atlas he finally looks up with a pained look I say I’m here for so and so… rolls his eyes and lazily walks over and grabs my food. Just scummy cashiers place really went downhill smdh

Placed an online orderat 11pm with an 11:20 ETA per the confirmation email 2 fries and 20 wings. It’s now past midnight 12:05 and I’m still sitting here waiting. I finally ask the girl at the register what’s going on—she casually tells me she’s on break. Great, but… why is she the only one visible behind the counter? And why is she just chilling there talking to staff..
When I did just finally get my order, it’s missing the two fries. Thats half the damn order. I ordered ahead to avoid wasting my night, but instead, I ended up stuck waiting over 40 minutes just to leave with an incomplete order. Absolutely unacceptable. This place os trash 🗑️😭
Sat and waited over half an hour for my food that I ordered 15 before I arrived. Turned out to be on the shelf but they never called out my name.

Placed an order through the app for boneless wings, but when we got home, we discovered they gave us bone-in. Tried calling—was on hold for 30 minutes with no answer. Ended up driving all the way back, and the staff acted like correcting their mistake was an inconvenience. I asked for a warm fry to go with the corrected order, and they refused. I’m sorry, but after a 30-minute round trip due to your error, that’s just poor customer service. Next time I’ll lay the whole order out on the counter and double check everything—clearly that’s the only way to get what I actually paid for.

Good food. Affordable prices and friendly staff. The food was ready in an acceptable time. And line to order, the food was moving fast. The cashier was very friendly and helpful.
