Ordered on doordash. My dasher went to pick it up and they said it was picked up at 11:08 which nothing was mentioned on doordash. They told the dasher they can’t remake the order. They probably handed my order out to someone else or someone they know. Such terrible service! Felt bad for the dasher to having to drive there for nothing and my hungry kids waiting for their wings. Never again Wingstop. If there was a 0 star that would definitely be you guys.

On September 23, while trying to place my order online, the website was glitching thereforeI was unable to request all flats in my 15 piece order. I called the restaurant and explained the situation to the young lady that answered the phone. The young lady who answered the phone stated that she would make sure that she notified the team that my order should only have flats. When I received my order, there were 11 drums and four flats. I do not eat drums, but what was more horrifying than there being almost all drums. The chicken was extremely undercooked. The rest of the order which consisted of chicken tenders which were slathered in mango habanero sauce, but when sliced they were also undercooked!! I immediately called the restaurant back and explained to them that my order was incorrect and that the chicken was undercooked. I was told that I would receive a refund for my order which totaled $56.69. It is now October 8 and I have yet to receive a refund forcing me to now take further actions.

I never had a bad experience here. My food comes out hot and tasty, even when I order through DoorDash. The employees there are always friendly and kind. I don’t know what her name is but when I go pick up my orders, it’s always a delight seeing her.

The food was kind of hit and miss-fries were soggy, and chicken was way over cooked, with hardly any sauce....The workers there seriously need to be evaluated to see if they are mentally handicapped. How hard is it to follow simple instructions to make a food order...?
