place looks fully staffed came in and ordered before more customers ordered after me I didn't have a very big order but the people who ordered behind me got there food first

Talk about lack of competency! Both the mangers that were in shift tonight have to be the slowest minded folks on this planet. I had to call the store due to items missing off of my $100 order. Instead of helping or resolving the issue she began to call me a lair. After the actual manger decided to step in she had the balls to tell me next time check your order! Believe me I'll be contacting Copt tomorrow. If you have a job in customer service and dislike people then maybe you shouldn't work in customer service.

Came 10:00 PM it is now 11:05 it has not been busy 3 instore customers and 3 doordash orders, ordered 30 pieces bone in. I have ordered 50 bone in with corn& fries side got it in 30 minutes while it was during a rush dine in people, to go orderes 7pm but for some reason tonight while it's slow food is slow,

came at a decent time before closing and they said they stopped taking orders, we came in 40 minutes before closing. i just feel that’s unprofessional because there is a big sign that says closes midnight. kinda disappointed but the cashier was nice about it.
