First time visiting Yakishabu Sushi House and it absolutely did not disappoint. The food was excellent, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully done. We ordered two rolls along with the stuffed mushrooms, and it was more than enough for two people. Everything was filling and satisfying without feeling heavy.
The rolls were perfectly made, but the standout for me was the spicy tuna poke roll was so good, I’d order it again without hesitation. Another huge plus is that they’re open late until 10:00 PM, and 11:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, which is perfect for late dinners or after-work cravings.
Great food, generous portions, and a solid late-night option in Anchorage. We’ll definitely be back! 🍣✨

Food was ok, I feel overpriced for what you receive. Although the service was friendly, they were very inattentive. We had to get someone’s attention and ask for anything we needed. I would not recommend and will not return.

Very disappointing dinner. My beef noodles were very bland, there was no sauce, no garlic, no oil no nothing. Ume lemon tea had a big chunk that wouldn’t dissolve and had a horrid flavor. I would not suggest coming here

Past two time eating sushi here, it is a rush to the bathroom after. Honestly never been gut punched like that by sushi in my life. The wife and I were like the two valves of a faucet.... yeah, that bad.

Food it's good, I just stopped eating there after they got very rude with delivery drivers. I just don't eat at restaurants that treat me with attitude as a delivery driver
