The sashimi I ordered aren't really fresh, not clean well (the sashimi). Foods doesn't have flavors like other restaurants I've been to. The Wasabi doesn't taste fresh as well. For example, the Wasabi is not spicy and taste very old.

Favorite spot to take my daughter for sushi dates. We eat great sushi and laugh about all of mom's rules back at home. This photo shows a foil wrapped sushi roll on fire. It was delicious.

Got takeout for lunch. We asked for cream cheese on the AAC roll but they didn't put it on there, the roll tasted pretty good though. The vegetable Supreme roll is just lettuce with a little bit of dry salad filling wrapped in cucumber (no rice or nori) and no sauces on top. The sweet potato roll was my personal favorite, I liked the flavor, crunch, and how big it was.Hubby favored the double crunch roll. We also had the Thai tea, which was just okay tasting. It lacked the richness that Thai tea usually has, it did have a good sweetness level though - but it wasn't $10 per cup good.Overall, the food was just okay and not really worth the prices to us.Vegetarian options: Small vegetarian roll section which is much appreciated. The vegetable roll isn't really sushi though - it's like dry salad wrapped in cucumber.

My absolutely most favorite sushi spot in town! My husband and I come here quite often. We love the coziness of this place. The chef is always friendly. He knows what we like and prepares it to perfection! Sashimi is always fresh! Also if we want to come for special occasion, like our birthdays or anniversary, and ask him to prepare something that is not even on their menu, he will do it. We once reserved a table for our anniversary, asked to get us steaks and oysters, and, oh boy, those were the best meals we have ever ate there. I highly recommend to give this place a try. A+

I enjoyed every bite!!! Food made fresh to order. There was no wait at the time I went. They’re very kind and attentive. The chef came out to greet me. The chicken yakisoba was so hot and fresh and full of flavor.Vegetarian options: Fresh veggies served with your meal of choice.Kid-friendliness: Spacious enough to bring family. Small intimate atmosphere.

Small family owned business. Excellent service and wonderful sushi selection! The Las Vegas roll was delicious. They also have a roll called the kiss of fire wrapped in foil and set on fire! It gives the sushi a nice smoky flavor. The blueberry soju made the experience even better! I will most definitely be back!

Absolutely wonderful!!! From the service to the food. One of the best places in Anchorage to get sushi. The fish was very fresh and flavorful

The atmosphere was pleasing and very relaxing. But the service wasn't that great seeing my friend and I were the only one's there and were just mildly ignored. The price of the food compared to the taste and amount is not worth it. We got beef friend rice at $18.50 and Korean sweet chicken at $20.99. They were out of miso soup and we were given something else, I believe the server said egg drop soup. However I've never had odd veggies and no egg in egg drop soup. In general the food was substance, but that's it. Not somewhere I'd go again really. All the things tasted very bland. My friend said it tasted like left over Panda Express. We didnt try any of the sushi because it just looked over priced as is. They never got us our rice tea, but thankfully took it off the receipt.Vegetarian options: It looked like they have a fare bit of variety for vegetarian options.Kid-friendliness: This is not a place I would say is meant for kids. But trail at your own risk.Parking: Limited seeing attached to other buildings. Also it's a bit tricky to get into the parking area.Wheelchair accessibility: Not really, it's got a small entrance and not a lot of room to get about in the restaurant.

Food is always fresh and good portion size. All the staff is friendly and welcoming. The establishment is very clean and they also offer a military discount. Always helps when eating on a budget. I love this place and always willing to try new things
