Unfortunately they only focus on their delivery business and not their restaurant business. We waited over 75 minutes for a burger and tacos and we never even received the tacos. Instead the waitress was eating our order. So the new menu might be ok but i couldn't even begin to guess....

Don't trust the menu prices, the food is mediocre (but better than the last few times I was there), and service is slow. When we arrived (group of 7) the only other customers were sitting at the bar, yet it still took a long time for food, orders came out about 10 minutes apart, and the small pizza one person ordered didn't come until everyone else was almost finished eating. Their payment system charged much more than the prices listed in the menu, and the automatic tip feature on cashier's tablet calculated the tip incorrectly.

Bethel doesn't have many good choices for food but this pizza place is good. They also have burgers and sandwiches on the menu and a fair amount of appetizers. The locals suggested pizza so that's what I ordered. The Fili's House Pizza comes with Canadian bacon, pepperoni, onions, olives, mooshrooms and bell peppers. Nice crust and good flavors.They also have a limited selection of beers by the bottle or can as well as a couple of hard seltzers and wine.The staff is friendly and the service is good. The restaurant looks clean even though the parking lot is muddy when it's raining.

My nieces 4th Birthday today 8/20 & I live in Glennallen. So I decided to order her some birthday dinner. She is so thankful for everything and she said that it was a really good dinner. Thank you Fili’s for making her 4th Birthday special Kid-friendliness: Delivery guy greeted my sister and said “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” ? THANK YOU FILIS

Seems like they don't treat people equally. They have favorite people who they serve first. Than the rest of us just wait for service which nearly takes half hour to an hour. Wouldn't recommend the burger. Although they're very busy which seems to be very overloaded with orders. Yet, everytime I come here I wait almost half an hour just to get a drink. Which isn't very decent for me at all. I have seen with my own eyes that a customer next to me got his drink right away when he sat next to me and the server didn't bother at all what I wanted to order which seems to be pretty rude. There is just so much to say about this place. Yet, I love it here just hate they way they do the services here who don't treat customers EQUALLY!!!!
