It is actually unreal how incredibly unfriendly and rude this store has become. Ever since they made the supervisor Joe move out to Willow and they got that new supervisor It has been a negative experience more times than not. He is rude he is dismissive he ignores his customers and refuses to acknowledge them and then snaps at them at the end when something goes wrong. Dislike. Way to ruin my day before I even get to work I will not be coming back. It's a damn shame two convenience stores in Big lake and one of them is run by people who obviously hate their jobs.

Pretty good food for a gas station when it isn't tainted to cause harm. Pretty good employees when they didn't put your receipt with your name on it in the next customers bag which happens to be a tatted up gang member who is out to get me and you knew it before you gave it to him. As you have done before. You have been warned just as I have. Pretty good customers when they don't stalk you and your car and wait for you to have your back turned to get that picture. Even Harmon is better at stalking than that.
I know you're getting money for doing all this. Get a real job. Like even I have done. Some of you have kids. I'm gonna get their pictures and send it to CPS. See who's funny now.

They sell hot foods but "restrooms are not for public use" so if you want to wash your hands before you eat, forget it. Asking about it gets an incredibly rude response from the cashier. Go a few hundred yards to Three Bears gas and snacks are cheaper, they're quite nice about the very clean restrooms, and the cashiers are pleasant!
Nick went above and beyond to help me tonight . I could not get my propane hose broke free from the line to the tank but I was able to get it broke free at the other end brought my tank and hose all down to the store and he got my hose broke free for me .Thank you so much Nick you are awesome .
