“Not your typical tourist spot but hey, Chicken AK is its own animal. We stayed in the RV park and it was very nice. Close with your neighbor but plenty of room to slide and put out your awning. A very interesting bunch of travelers, many of which traveling the Top of the World Highway to or from Dawson YT.

Friend staff, cold beer, and great food. The gift shop is extensive and has many unique items including a lot of original Alaska art. They provide a lot of services for mining and local recreation. The tour of the best preserved bucket dredge in the world is an absolute must-see. They are the home of the annual ChickenStock music festival.“
