I rarely give negative reviews but this was earned. Pizza was ok but the service and atmosphere were horrible. Walked in, no one greeted us, everyone had sour looks on their faces. 2 tables ahead of us and took 45 minutes to get a pizza. You could find more cheer in a graveyard. If you don't like your business sell it or just close and find your happiness elsewhere.

Ate here with a group of 6 while on a fishing trip, excellent everytime we ate there (3 times) pizza, Burgers were very good. Pizza a top 5 for me! I guess saying we came 3 times says it all! Thank you

I dropped by and ordered a vegetarian pizza to go. Wait time was around 20 minutes in the late afternoon. Pizza was very nice, enough for 2 nights. I would eat here again if in town.

While in Cordova and visiting for work, I came to eat here. To begin, the burger I ordered was bland and falling apart like a mess. Even though it had already taken a long time to arrive, it took about half an hour to get a to-go box. Apart from the food, I noticed the cook was wearing her hair down and WITHOUT a hairnet. Huge safety concern! The customer service was just dreadful, even with all this, we were never told that we had to pay for our bill at the front and it was another 30 minutes before my waitress was found because she did not return. When I was paying, I did not tip because of the awful experience and when the lady read that I had not tipped, she literally threw me my recent. I will never come back. I highly suggest people be aware of this dining facility .

I came to Cordova for work, this restaurant was highly recommended to me. I honestly will never eat here again. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries, there was no bacon on the burger when it showed up. The waitress brought it on a second plate and it was burnt. When I addressed it she huffed and said she would make more. I kindly said no thank you I don't want it anymore. When I went to eat my burger & fries the fries were hard as a rock. I addressed this with her again, I said I would pay for them since they are an upcharge. She rolled her eyes at me as she grabbed my plate. Then when waiting for our check and a to-go box it took 30 mins to get the box. Also it took just as long to tell us that we could pay at the counter after I had to get up to look for her. I'm sorry but with bad food, bad service this place is not a place I would go again or recommend to anyone.
my food was really cheap!!!! 10-50$ for 3 MEALS! i would definitely come back. this is the best burger i ever had in my life but the only down side is it takes a while to cook everything.

Came here to Cordova to visit family. Not much place to eat here. Jen’s is a new place. Entered the restaurant and the vibe was good. Ordered the sourdough pancakes and it was amazing good. Didn’t have that before and never heard of it. Ordered the opening set with scrambled eggs and jam. It was a good combo for that dish. Gonna come back for dinner later today after site seeing
