Absolutely delicious classic dog. Aioli and jalapeño relish are delicious. Great char and taste to the polish dog, kraut adds a nice contrast to the cheese, will definitely be back before the end of the trip! Also delicious local, kelp hot sauce I get to bring back with me.
Best thing I've eaten in Cordova so far. Smoked salmon "burger" had a generous portion of fish and excellent toppings and onion bun. Service super friendly too. Don't dither, get it.
