Consistency is key. My favorite barista is at this coffee shop and my coffee is consistent if she is the server. I have tried all the coffee shops in Delta and there isn't any consistently good coffee besides here. Wait times are typical for a one person operation. Food is pretty good too.

Didn't even get to the dang window. Ten minutes in line and decided to leave for Rustic Blends. Get more people working!

Awesome service and the coffee tastes amazing. I love the white mocha here! The hot chocolates are my boyfriends favorite.
Hubby and I fell in love with the “dirty spicy chai” and i refuse to try it anywhere else. If we ever happen to visit Alaska again, this will be our FIRST stop to get “our special drink”! The customer service is great as well! Girls are very polite and friendly !!! A coffee stop worth stopping at :)

I'm from the lower 48, used to own my own coffee shop, and know my brews. this place is top notch, best in Delta Junction, and even better than any I found in Fairbanks
Their menu is amazing, but left very disappointed! The lady got our order wrong, the croissant was burnt and the drinks with extra shots of expresso still tasted like just milk. We left feeling ripped off. $22 for 2 medium weak drinks, over-cooked food we didn’t want, a egg and cheese croissant and a sausage burrito.
