Mel makes the most amazing subs . The owner is Greek so it has a special touch that most don’t . So yummm . I’ve gone here since I was a littttle girl and still love it everytime I come see my momma in town !

A great lunch stop during a long motorcycle ride from Fairbanks... the server was quick and friendly, and I had a legitimately excellent roast beef sandwich. The fresh bread really made the sandwich!

So, while unassuming, this place has the best pizza in the area. But the pizza isn't even the best part of the menu, it's the roast beef sandwich. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Best pound for pound flavor in Alaska, no joke.

When we want a Sub Sandwich, Pizza Bella is where we go. Love the foods served there. Large servings and friendly service.

Love this place specially the young waitress that works there is very nice and attentive and she always has a smile to offer when she takes care of you, so please if you ever stop to eat there tip her well and don't worry about the fact that the place it's not full as other restaurants I guess depends on if you like to eat in a crowded place then go somewhere else but if you are looking to eat in a quiet place and enjoy your food this is your place to eat, the food is good and the portions are big.

Kid-friendliness: I always take my daughter there and I don't have to worry about.
