Today the service was terrible, i sat at a window waiting to order a drink and some breakfast after my shift on base and before i take my trip to Fairbanks. A staff member just looked at me through the glass and ignored that myself and other Vic’s were lined up. No instructions were given that the window was closed or that the staff member was only working one window. After the staff member had no customers at the window she was working, she still just stared at the window that myself and others were just sitting at. There could have been some communication from the staff member to come around to the other window. I will shorten the times i go and grab drinks or food from here. I will not give a 1 star because the food and drinks are pretty good. But a little more professionalism training from staff goes along way.

Stopped in and ordered 3 drinks. AFTER “making” our drinks we were informed they didn’t actually have all of the ingredients to make the drinks correctly and were out of whipped cream to top the cold drinks, but “they are still the same drinks, just different” 😳😒 Sticking to my normal drive through shop in Delta.

I use to really look forward to rustic blends but it seems everytime I go the coffee gets worse. Waited 45 minutes to get a cappuccino only to be given what can best be described as a lukewarm americano.

Complete joke.The wait is often times in excess of 30 mins. No awareness of staff in terms of calling off larger orders to avoid massive lines forming.Broken system.If it wasn’t the only coffee shop in town open on certain days I wouldn’t ever bother with coming here.

Stopped through here on my way back to Fairbanks and it was great! The woman who took my order and made my coffee was very friendly. North Pole Coffee isn’t my personal favorite, BUT she made my latte excellently :)
