Today the service was terrible, i sat at a window waiting to order a drink and some breakfast after my shift on base and before i take my trip to Fairbanks. A staff member just looked at me through the glass and ignored that myself and other Vic’s were lined up. No instructions were given that the window was closed or that the staff member was only working one window. After the staff member had no customers at the window she was working, she still just stared at the window that...
Stopped through here on my way back to Fairbanks and it was great! The woman who took my order and made my coffee was very friendly. North Pole Coffee isn’t my personal favorite, BUT she made my latte excellently :)
