Damn good Club sandwich, best I've had in Fairbanks. Toasted sourdough bread, plenty meat and Bacon. Good fresh veggies and come with fries. I would order this again. Great with a bier from Humble roots too.

I've been ordering food here for a few years now and have gotten great service and food was delicious every single time! My pregnancy cravings have been satisfied every time and guilt-free with how fresh everything looked and tasted. I definitely recommend coming here especially with how limited our fast food options are, here in Delta.

Ordered the fire burger, shrimp tacos, and chicken tenders while at humble roots. Everything was delicious, but we were extra impressed with the hand breaded chicken tenders. I even asked and verified if they were indeed hand breaded because I couldn’t believe it.

The brother and sister managers of this location are great and do a great job. The sister is pretty, seems smart, and is very friendly. I would definitely recommend they use crispier style fries for their loaded fries, though.

Don’t let the food truck fool you - the food is AMAZING!! We shared the combo Fire Nachos: Homemade tortilla chips layered with well seasoned ground beef and tender grilled chicken, homemade queso topped with lettuce, sour cream, chipotle cream sauce and guacamole. The service was outstanding and so friendly. The picnic tables shaded by the birch trees made for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. 5 stars all around 🤩
