“The food was amazing! We were only in for one night, so we only got to try two meals, but both were fantastic. Drunken noodles with chicken and a red curry with shrimp. Both meals were made quick and retained heat on the walk back to our room. 10 out of 10 would eat there again.”

Get a sandwich here, get bag of chips/drink from the liquer/grocery place up the hill and enjoy a full meal.”

“Writing this to give Gold Rush the positive bump it deserves. After a long travel day, we were hesitant to eat here—especially after seeing some of the negative reviews—but our expectations were exceeded.

It’s possible this place gets slammed at times, which might explain some of the mixed feedback, but our experience was great. The cocktails were well made, the food came out hot, and while a few dishes could use a bit of fine-tuning, everything was tasty overall. Servers were excellent - friendly and attentive!
