As someone from the South, I was pleasantly surprised by both the breakfast and the burger – they were the best I’ve had since moving to Alaska. Also, the fried mushrooms were fire! I look forward to coming back soon.
Interesting restaurant with a nice waitress who looks after her customers. The Sierra Mist was good, the fries were good, but the meat of the cheeseburger was not flavorful. I understand this to a degree because it is difficult to get fresh hamburger to the outlying communities of Alaska. Usually they have to make due with frozen hamburger meat much like McDonalds uses.
